Since 1969, All-State Air Control has been a leader in the Heating, Air Conditioning, Ice Machine and Commercial Refrigeration arena. We take pride in our firm’s reputation in Sales, Installation and Service. All-State currently serves commercial and residential locations in Westchester, the Bronx and upper Manhattan. As full-service providers, we provide Preventative Maintenance contracts for all HVAC/R equipment. Research has shown professional Start-Ups and Shut-Downs for seasonal equipment is one of the most instrumental ways of protecting your unit, saving energy, maximizing effectiveness and minimizing breakdowns. Our customers also have the benefit of our excellent computer Equipment History Log. This tool enables us to pass along to you a tracking system that gives your equipment age, purchases, service information and follow-up. This information is useful for everyone, from the homeowner to the property management personnel. Our loyalty to our customers is further enhanced through our training policies. When a technician arrives at your location, you can be confident that you are getting the best in the field. Description of Work: Allstate came when expected and performed the service when expected. I have not received a bill yet which is the only reason I am not opining on price.

They had an appointment with us, and they never called or showed up. I didn't hear from them for about 5 days. I called to make a second appointment, and they said the owner would be out within a specified window. They never showed up or called us again. I called them again to find out what was going on, and they basically said, "Go call someone else!"
Description of Work: We called them to come out and service the system that they usually service.
