When the job started the associate that came to perform the task in service of the company was very professional and polite with me but as the job went on he became less and less professional aswell and very deceiving and rude towards me. He reported to his boss that I did not inform him that there was already wax on the floor so the The original agreement that I made with the company was for the stripping and buffing of my dining and kitchen area which is only 107 square feet. When Erica Mitchell (the owner of the company) came to inspect and appraise the area on July 24, 2014, she said that it was approved for $165.00 with a deposit check of $50.00 paid in advance. The balance was due and paid for on July 29, 2014 for $115.00, but there was never an agreement for any pay after this fact. In addition there was never any agreement nor mention of any amendment to the agreement. In the middle of the job both Erica and Mr. Mitchell accused me of and then went on to continuously blame for not informing them that there was already wax on the floor, despite the fact that Erica came to my home, appraised my kitchen for the STRIPPING OF WAX and the buffing of the floor and charged me for these exact services. As the job progressed I later found that they were ill-equipped to perform the services that they claim to specialize in. Mr. Mitchell who did the actually work came unprepared to strip the floor and later stated that he was unhappy with both the job that he performed and with me for not informing them that there was already wax on the floor despite the fact that the main reason I hired them was to STRIP THE WAX FROM THE FLOOR. He told me that he was going to return and redo the job after he returned from a religious retreat on August 7, 2014 and that I should call and make an appointment do to our mutual dissatisfaction with the job that was done. So after I rescheduled the appointment they informed me that because the job done was do to our mutual failure to communicate they would only charge me $180 and that they would pay half leaving me to pay only $90. Not only did I completely disagree with them on the fact that they believed it was partially my fault I refused to pay them for redoing a job that could of easily been done right in the place if they had just listened to me. It was at this point, after my son told them that they either redo the floor free of charge or we will take them to court, that they became very aggressive towards me (more Mr. Mitchell than Erica) and began to accuse me of being a deceitful liar, all while being very aggressive to the point of almost coming into a physical confrontation with my son if Erica had not pulled him back.
