2 FLIGHTS UP MOVING & DELIVERY

Overall, they were professional, calm and very patient. They were very careful with my belongings. They were accommodating to me, as I needed to reschedule my moving date a few times. I did ask for a receipt and I still have not received a receipt by mail.

It went very well. Mr. Warren and his helper worked efficiently breaking down the bed and organizing all of the items safely in the truck. Since the facility is secured by codes on both the outer and inner doors, I needed to remain by the doors to facilitate their trips from the truck to my locker. So, I really didn't see how they arranged my items until they made the last run. They stored all of the items in an organized and stable manner. They left sufficient room for me to return and maneuver additional items. Additionally, Mr. Warren alerted me to some existing minor damage to the frame in my bed before he stored it on the truck. They were professional, courteous, careful and fast. When I return to my apartment after my renovations are completed, I plan on calling Mr. Warren.

They were very professional and personable. I just got to sit back and watch.

Orey came by and looked at the furniture I was taking and asked roughly how many boxes I would have. On the day of the move they arrived and just started wrapping the sofas. The entire experience was smooth and friendly. Orey was a nice guy to deal with. He made me feel comfortable through out the entire process. I bought some pizza for Orey and the other two guys (Darode & Avery) who were also friendly.
