+ 0 moreThe tech said he would contact me first thing the next morning (Monday). I received no call, so I called and left a message. I still haven't received a call back (today is Saturday). I then contacted Auchinachie services to have my drain cleared. They did an outstanding job a very fair price. Good thing, too. If I waited to hear from the Roto Rooter tech, I'd be up to my neck in you-know-what.
Description of Work: I contacted Roto Rooter on Sunday afternoon. A technician called back one hour later.

+ -1 more...worked fine but is this the real deal Roto Rooter which succeeded where other have failed as office staff phone different folks who could not do the work. I do not remember Mt. Upton as it is a long ride from us.

+ -1 moreThey used to do good work but the last two times I wasn't happy with because they got a new guy that doesn't do very good work. They were right here on time. They answered the phone, fixed an appointment and kept on the appointment. The guy they sent recently was not professional but they were professional earlier.
Description of Work: I have had Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services several times. The last time they came out to fix the toilet and to put a new rod which worked for only couple of weeks and I had to get it re-fixed again.

+ 0 moreThey were so careful to use shoe covers when entering our house, and even though they had such filthy work to do, they did not dirty our home at all.
Description of Work: Roto Rooter cleaned out our main drain which had become clogged with sewage due to tree roots getting into the piping.
