Eric has been great to work with. He came highly recommended through a friend who he installed a sophisticated, high efficiency boiler and hot water heater. I had him install a very high efficient triangle tube gas fired boiler (which I love), as well as a hot water tank. My savings this past year have been phenomenal. Earlier this year, I also had him install my new Grohe faucets, shower head, and Kohler toilet and shower base. I was also fortunate to get some names from him of other contractors that he works with, who have done a phenomenal job as well (thanks especially to the spacklers, they were great, reasonable as well, and neat and tidy.) When there was something that needed fine tuning, he came back and make it even better. He is a second generation plumber, and it shows in his knowledge. My best advice is, when you call him, sometimes leave an extra message just in case. It's hard for a plumber to be able to always answer the phone for a question, etc, if they have their hands full (literally)

Eric is extremely patient and professional. I had 2 outdoor spigots that had broken due to the pipes freezing, and he went through all of the options available to me to repair. He has been to my house several times to fix a variety of things, and never complains or gets upset when the job is miniscule. He shows up quickly and does a quick and clean job. He is neat, and makes sure everything is cleaned up when he leaves. Two thumbs up!
