Called for an estimate and Pat said he would be at my residence at 5PM. I waited until 6PM and he never showed up. I also left another message and never received a call back. I wanted an estimate on getting a walkway done.

Pat came for an estimate and gave me a price that same day. Other Angie's list contractors came but never gave me an estimate or waited a few days. After calling Pat to do the work, he came back to discuss further. Although his supplier did not have the trees we wanted, we worked together to find a comparable tree and reworked the price because they were actually cheaper. The day of the install, Pat came when he said he was, and sent pictures to me while planting to make sure the spacings were to my liking. He also added a bed of mulch and cleaned up especially well. We are planning to do more work in the near future and will definitely reuse Pat's service without shopping around. In addition to cell, Pat also communicated with texting, which helped a lot especially during work hours.

Pat came by on a Saturday to give us an estimate on the walkway. The requirements were to match the brick border and apron of the driveway a different company had installed previously. Pat worked with us on determining the layout and shape of the walkway and gave us advice on planting beds and other landscape tips. He gave us a very reasonable estimate and we decided to go ahead and schedule the work. He and his team arrived and got to work immediately. His team was very courteous and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and were very neat. The job was completed in less than 2 days. The team regraded around the path and also put down new grass seed. Part of the job included moving an in-ground sprinkler head. The walkway looks amazing and we are very happy with the choice of using Pat and his team. I would easily recommend his company and would call him first for any of our next projects.

Pat the owner takes the time to ensure a good job has been done. If we've had any problems he is usually prompt to address any issues.

They are here every time they say they will be, even in intense heat. They are true to their word. They do a great job and clean up extremely well. I cannot say enough great things about this company. I also never have trouble reaching them if anything comes up or I have questions.

I don't know this company

I have a very large yard with hundreds of plants and tree's. I called Pat's because of the recommendations on AL. Pat, the owner, came over promptly after I called. I explained that my wife and I are meticulous about how our property looks, and we are, to a fault. Pat looked over the property and explained what needed to be done. He later gave me an estimate which was very fair . He is personable and knowledgeable. He said it would take a couple of days to get the job done right. On the agreed upon day he came with 7 of his crew and they worked like a well oiled machine. Non stop. They got here early and stayed late. Finished up in one day! I was very impressed by the quality of the work and was even more impressed that Pat stayed here the entire day to make sure that the job was done right. My property looked beautiful when he and his team were done. I was so please that I hired him to permanently to take care of the property, from cutting the lawn to pruning, weeding etc. It seems like most guys with a lawn mower and a truck, call themselves landscapers. Pat is different. he provides high quality work, with a crew that knows their stuff.. Couldn't be more pleased. I recommend Pat's Landscaping highly.

They are dependable and do a good job. The owner of the company is very intelligent, smart and very approachable in the event that there are problems. He is a good listener. He is excellent in terms of masonry and landscaping. Last year, they ripped out an old brick sidewalk and old trees and put in the new sidewalk and replanted grass. They went above and beyond and did an excellent professional job. The lawn looks gorgeous. They are a little bit pricey, but the work is above average; it can be not exactly affordable at all times. They come on Fridays for lawn mowing work and charge $40 for it. I would use them again in the future.

They did a great job. They were prompt. The finished product looks excellent.

Pat, the owner, was true to his estimate. He charged us exactly what he told us he would. Nothing was added on. Because we are on a budget, we especially appreciated that! Even better, he did additional work, here and there, that he didn't charge us for, just to be nice and to be helpful. For example, when changing the path of the old walkway, to that of the new one, the mailbox was no longer in a good place, so he removed it from the old spot, and not only put it in a better spot, but dug a future flower planting area. When planning our initial meetings, he was reachable and called when he said he would call. He brought over samples of stone and was extremely patient while I chose stones. In addition, he offered his professional advice, based on experience, but also listened to my preferences. When work began, he and his crew were on time every morning and worked a full solid day of work each day. They were polite and extremely neat, cleaning up everyday after work. The new walkway is beautiful!!! The design is gorgeous and I saw, for myself, how careful and meticulous the crew cut stones for the design. Nothing was done sloppily. Everything was neat and precise. All in all, they did a wonderful job, were honest, polite, respectful of our home and yard, neat, and delivered even more than promised. I would highly recommend Pat's Complete Landscaping for any masonry job, and most likely, landscaping as well, based on how hard and how well they all worked.
