Description of Work: General remodeling and Repairs for many years.

Description of Work: Large addition to our house, and also bathroom remodels.

Description of Work: Leaking roof and detach porch roof from house. Did not support the porch roof correctly and put gutters around columns. Gutters have always leaked and cannot get the contractor to come back and repair all the problems I now have including water leaking into my house.

Description of Work: Excellent work. Very good subcontractors.

Description of Work: They added a new bathroom and did not insulate the pipes properly. We called them back and they added some outside insulation but the pipes still froze below 10 degrees. They never burst so after many years we had outside wall opened and the beams were moldy and rotten in adjoining bathroom because they did not put a gutter to divert rain water. The rain water got behind vinyl siding and caused mold and rot. This was done in year 2000. We just had to replace old bathroom at our own cost. Insurance would not pay for mold and rot.

Description of Work: We do have a contractor that we've used for many years. The company is Parisi Home Improvements. We've been using them for about 25 years. He is putting in a new roof. He is putting new windows. He put a whole new bathroom that wasn't a bathroom and extended walking closet. I call him everytime we have some construction job that needs to be done. In the fall, I've wanted to get new windows upstairs and he looked at the windows and he said, "You don't need new windows, you just need new weatherstripping." I thought I needed six windows but he said "No, you just need weatherstripping." So he saved me a whole lot of money. But I think I'm gonna get new windows anyway. After my father passed away, we had him do a lot of preservation on my father's house. He put new sidings on. He did a lot of work in there.
