Found out about George through a friend and gave him a call. He was very responsive his work was excellent and done ahead of time. I would definitely recommend George to anyone interested in getting their gutters and leaders done.

The gutters were put on the front of the house and I paid him for that with the agreement that when the landscaper was finished changing the drainage, George Grolz would return and repair the rear gutters. Now that the landscaper has finished, we have called George Grolz off and on for two weeks and have not had a call back. We were so impressed with his work that we told a cousin who needed gutter replacement about him. This cousin called George Grolz but George never returned the call. What happened--illness, death?--but the answering machine is always clear to take another message?

George did a great job. From the initial on-site visit and estimate to final completion. Our house is an old 1903 colonial. When we purchased it, it had no gutters, lots of fascia rot and trim falling apart. George gave us a complete estimate to clean everything up, replace the rotted fascia and trim and install the appropriate size gutters. He spent the day with his crew working through rain (talk about commitment!). He's great to work with, answers every question in detail and was very thorough discussing the completed work at final walkthrough. His 28 years of experience performing gutter installs clearly show through in the final product. It's great to still find guys who are dedicated to their work, honest and go that extra mile to make the customer happy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend George for a second.

George is terrific. I see someone commented on the time he took giving an estimate, THERE WAS A HURRICANE HERE ON LONG ISLAND, GIVE THE GUY A BREAK. Anyway, In my case, George took time to give us a complete estimate AND did some gratis repair with the storm due the next day! He and his helper arrived today on time, installed some first rate gutters and did a really nice clean up. The price was fair and the work was first rate. I would recommend George Grolz to anyone on Long Island needing gutters. He does installation for Sears and others so he has a great reputation. Thanks George!

Poor....if the estimate takes this long how long will the work take?

The day I called George he was in my area. He came right over and estimated the repair and installation work. He called me three days later and said he could do the work the next day. The work took about four hours and I am very happy with the results. The men completely cleaned up the work area. The estimate was right on.
