ECLAIRAGE LIGHTING & DESIGN INC.

In the beginning of June, we placed an order for over $1200 of lights and chandeliers for our kitchen and first floor remodeling project and left a down payment for half that amount. We were told the lights would take 4 to 5 weeks to be delivered. When we called the end of July to check on our order, we were told that they could not find the lights we ordered, that they would look and call us back. They never returned that phone call. A week later after two more phone calls weren t returned they finally admitted that the order would have to be resubmitted and that would take another 4 to 5 weeks. We canceled the order completely and asked for our money back. I may have been more understanding if they would have admitted their mistake up front and returned our phone calls when we inquired.
