Paul provided excellent service as always. The quality of his plants and his professionalism goes unmeasured.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE- DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! SEE ATTACHED PICTURES Do not be fooled by the beauty and presentation of this nursery. I could write a lengthy story but the sooner you "MOVE ON" the better....in fact, do yourself a favor- ask other nearby merchants about this family's business reputation BEFORE making any purchases. I WISH I HAD. In sum, I overpaid 1700.00 for 3 holly trees to be planted on my property. Upon delivery, Paul, the merchant and I carefully placed the three trees 6 feet apart from each other which satisfied the symmetry that I was seeking (and presumably, any other professional in the business would be seeking). I made it quite clear to Paul that symmetry was of utmost importance and together we stepped back 15 feet or so multiple times to ensure symmetry was achieved from several vantage points. Paul knew that I wanted to be present for the install but I had a sense that he would show up and do job while I was not home...As a result, I left a hand drawn diagram stapled on my fence detailing tree placement with measurements along with a tape measure for use. In addition, I took photographs of the desired tree placement - just in case. - and sure enough- three days later I discovered that these trees had been planted without my knowledge. Just as I feared- it appeared this install was done blindfolded....Diagram and tape measure remained untouched on the fence and the third tree was planted approximately three feet too close to the second tree. Suffice to say- This business has no customer service at all. Paul refused to correct this error stating he planted the tree "just where I wanted it" and it would cost 150.00 to move it. Paul's mother called me the next day screaming like a mad women- (or some would say a raving lunatic) stating that her son planted the trees where I wanted them....I responded, that if they were planted where I requested, we would not be having this conversation. The end result was, I lost.... My credit card company stated that 'the goods were delivered' and Better Business Bureau stated something similar. I hope the Smelly Daisy is affected by this and the seemingly other poor reviews.
