NEVER HAPPEN AFTER SIGNING A CONTRACT IN JUNE OF 2015 AND PUTTING DOWN A 25 PERCENT DEPOSIT, AND MONTHS OF WAITING FOR THE JOB TO BE DONE, ENDLESS PHONE CALLS AND NO RETURN OF THE CALLS OR THE DEPOSIT , FINALLY GARY GUTTER FROM THE CARE OF TREES CALLED YESTERDAY THAT HE WOULD START THE SERVICE TODAY , BUT THE PRICE IN THE CONTRACT WOULD NO LONGER BE VALID SINCE IT'S OVER A YEAR SINCE HE SIGN IT , WOULD FINALLY DO THE SERVICE FOR A NEW HIGHER PRICE. TOLD HIM NO THANKS . STILL NO REUTRN OF THE 25 PERCENT DEPOSIT . THANK GOODNESS FOR WESTCHESTER CONSUME PROTECTION AGENCY , ABLE TO FILE A GRIEVANCE AGAINT THE COMPANY , TO GET MY MONEY BACK HOPEFULLY, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES. AS A BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF , IF YOU SIGN A CONTRACT THAT YOUR PUT TOGETHER AND SEND IT TO A CLIENT , YOUR LEGALLY MUST PREFORM THE WORK, BUT I GUESS GARY AND THE CARE OF TREES PLAY BY DIFFERENT RULE

The Care of Trees are a professional arborists and tree cutting service. I experienced exceptional service from the person who took my call, to the field specialist who met me to discuss my needs to the crew who left my property will little to no debris for me to pick up.

Greg Gutter was recommended highly by a neighbor, so I figured we would try him out. He came over and gave us an estimate, which at first was slightly higher than one from another excellent company we have used, but he brought it down to just below what the other company would charge. He also is able to spray for wooly adelgid on the remaining hemlocks for a small additional cost. His crew came over and got the job done in a couple of days, and did an excellent job and cleanup.

The Davey Tree Expert Co. were unbelievable. His professionalism and knowledge of trees and shrubs. Like I said, he was more of a botanist than a tree guy. I've never met anybody like that. I've had two [00:09:15] to come out here, to look at all the trees on my property. The first thing they want to do is start cutting down stuff. He walked and thought and walked and thought. He knew about rhododendrons. I've got some really big rhododendrons. He was able to trim those up and take them down, so they looked really, really well. He's in a league by himself and I've had like three different tree services come out here.

Everything went very well. They were very knowledgeable and they didn’t try to push anything. I liked that since I know nothing about trees. They treated the problem two years ago and the aphids disappeared; I haven’t had a problem since. They were professional and they knew what they were talking about.

They were good, very professional and thorough. The person who came out to provide the estimate looked a lot longer at everything then other companies did. When they came and did the work they did a great job. They took the trees out without disturbing anything else, even though a few of them were close to the house. They left everything in good shape.

They've always done a good job & I'll continue to use them.

Didn't show up to do the job when said he would on numerous occasions. It was not a large job but did require special equipment. Not punctual or responsive to complaints about doing the job in a timely manner. Not very professional.

They were very professional and good.

My yard is heavily wooded and the service that Davey's provides is what I need. They are knowledgeable and easy to get in touch with. If there is a service that is needed between house calls, they will come and take care of the problem but for an additional charge.

I WASN'T REALLY SATISFIED BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T SEEM TO DO EVERYTHING. THEY WERE VERY QUICK, BUT BECAUSE OF THIS THE QUALITY SUFFERED. THEY USUALLY COME WHEN I AM AT WORK SO I DON'T REALLY SEE THEM OR WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE TREES WERE HEALTHY, THOUGH EVEN THOUGH AT FIRST I DIDN'T LIKE THE WAY THEY LOOKED.

I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE JOB THAT DAVEY TREE EXPERT DID. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO REMOVE ALL OF THE IVY OUT OF THE CHIMNEY AND ROOF, BUT THEY WOULD NOT DO IT. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. IF YOU HAVE A TREE AND YOU HAVE A FEAR THAT IT WILL FALL ON YOUR HOUSE, THEY WILL COME AND CUT IT DOWN. THEY DO A GOOD JOB WITH THE TREES.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THAT THEY WERE GOING TO. THEY CAME AND DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY WERE ALSO CLEAN AND MADE SURE THAT WE DIDN'T HAVE TO CLEAN UP ANYTHING.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THE MANAGER IS SOMEBODY MY HUSBAND KNEW AND LIKED. I'VE USED THEIR TREE SERVICE FOR MANY YEARS AND WILL PROBABLY USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.
