drain cleaning
+ -1 moreNo one showed up. Even worse, no one in the office even had the courtesy to call and inform me that the plumber wouldn't be able to make the appointment after all. When I called at 8:00 pm, no one was answering the phone. I called back the office again this morning at 9:00 am and again, no answer. The lack of respect for the customer's (MY) time and the lack of professionalism on their part is a deal breaker.
Description of Work: The provider didn't even show up. My appointment was at 6:00 pm, and I had to call at 7:30 pm to check on the status of the plumber. I was then advised by the associate on the phone that the plumber was running late but that he would be there shortly.
