+ -1 moreInitially doing business with Lieto was a good experience and they were reliable. |Price was also good. However 2012 they were very unresponsive with returning |phone calls and needed them to order a humidifier filter for my Bryant Humidifier which they promised to do when I had them do a routine winterizing of the heating system. I eventually ordered the filter through Amazon and had a neighbor install. |If the filter was no longer available through their sources Lieto should have been honest about not being able to get it. Lieto installed a new AC and Heating system in |2010 and was very satisfied with their service and price was competitive. |

+ -1 moreVery good comunication, they worked all day got the job done they were very neat and caring about not marking walls , while removing old units. all and all it went very well. Glad we choose them.

+ -1 moreThe Leitos are honest and hardworking. Our first experience was an emergency service call Our AC installed by someone else broke down and they came out and fixed it for us. When it came time to replace the lousy system put in by another company they were excellent. They do all our maintenance and eventually replaced both zones for us. Can't say enough good things!
Description of Work: They installed a new handler and condenser for us. They are honest ,neat and put in a high quality AC system They also did our other zone 2 years ago

Description of Work: Lieto Brothers has serviced our HVAC system many times, and installed our entire system about six years ago. We have always had positive experiences, both from fair pricing, to the willingness to return and adjust things with the new installation. We call on them now regularly for annual checkups on the system.

+ -1 moreWe had a system in the house that was not properly installed and that flooded our entire second floor which was horrific. They came in and they ended up putting a whole new system. They have been good. Their price is reasonable.
Description of Work: Lieto Brothers Inc installed a new heating system for us. They come out every spring and fall to do maintenance.

Description of Work: I replaced my HVAC unit with one bought and installed by Lieto, and have it serviced yearly by them as well. I have never had any issue with them, and recommend them highly.
