+ -1 moreThey were friendly, careful, efficient, and did a great job cleaning our carpets. They arrived about 30 minutes later than scheduled only because our home is much further from their usual customer area and the drive took slightly longer than they anticipated. This was not a problem for me as I work from home, and their courteousness and professionalism more than made up for it. They left us a packet of materials with coupons, post cleaning instructions, cleaning tips, and helpline number. Our carpet is over 8 years old, and we had only had it cleaned once before. We were very satisfied with the job they did, and the carpets look great. I would use them again, and have already recommended them to a neighbor.
Description of Work: Two workers came to clean the carpets in our townhouse. They cleaned our living room/dining room combo, bedroom, home office/bedroom, loft bedroom and 3 flights of stairs, plus stair landings.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE GOOD AND CAME ON TIME. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. THEY FOLLOWED UP AND CALLED LATER TO SEE IF I WAS HAPPY. I DIDN'T REALLY SPEND TIME WITH THEM, BUT THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO.
Description of Work: THEY GOT THE CAT PEE SMELL OUT OF MY CARPET.
