+ -1 moreWorst experience I have ever had with a service provider. The actual total cost was more than double the quote. Don is unpleasant and condescending. Reacts aggressively to questions and demands to “tell you” how it will be done. Brags endlessly about past careers and size of his home, but cannot figure out how to open a window. Charges you late fees and disconnection fees for services not yet provided and won’t be provided for months to come. He is not worth the hassle!

+ -1 moreIt has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
Description of Work: After a year of service I was called to say a battery needed to be replaced in one of my alarms and since they were "in the area" they would stop by to change it. Since I was out of town I said sure. I then received a bill for $250.00. I was shocked and tried to speak to Don who refused to reduce the fee by more than $25. I then let them know I would not be renewing service with them and they said that I would have to pay for the remaining 4 years left in our "contract" or more than $1,000.00. I believe Don is not trustworthy and purposefully overcharges clients. I DO NOT recommend using this company.

+ -1 moreThey take care of us and it is ongoing. They installed the system and they come if we have any problems. We haven't had them come in a while because the system works fine. They are there if you need them. They are very congenial people and I like their newsletter. I would recommend their dependability and honesty. I don't know what they charge and my husband takes care of the pricing. I assume that they are not exorbitant. We live in an expensive area; so I assume they are not cheap either. They provide top quality. They have always been helpful when we have had any problems. They have been very responsive. They always come when you need them and right away. Their professionalism is very high.
Description of Work: We use the services of Attack Cat Security and they manage our security system.
