Description of Work: The salesman was profession and informative. He did not try to sell me the most expensive stove but I feel he tried to help the right product for my needs and budget. My new stove was delivered when they promised. The men who installed it were fast, efficient, courteous and helpful.

+ -1 moreI bought a new GE washer and dryer. While the installer had tested the machine to make sure everything was installed properly, the machine had a manufacturer's defect that was not readily apparent: the cold water shut off valve would not shut off. When I used a cold water load, my upstairs flooded and it seeped down through the first floor ceiling to the first floor. Huge mess. I called Atlantic. The immediately sent someone over to handle the remediation and sent the installer back to double check to make sure it was not an installation problem. They worked with GE to get a service man over to determine what the issue was; continued to deal with the remediation company, etc. Delivered a new washer asap. When I called, they could have said, "Well, here's the number for the cleaning company; let us know how it works out." They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

+ -1 moreThe price was fair but I did not compare it to anyone else's.
Description of Work: They repaired the dryer. They charged a flat fee for coming out to the house and then charged additional prices for the parts and labor if necessary. They didn't charge me additionally as there were no new parts were needed. Michael showed up on time, found the problem and repaired it quickly, efficiently and cleaned up after himself very well.

+ -1 moreThis company tells you that if you can find your appliance offered at a lower price elsewhere, they will match it. They do that, too. I think they're great over. They do not waste time, their prices are good, and the service is always great, too.
Description of Work: My old refrigerator died due to its old age, so I bought a new one from them. They had it all installed by the following day.
