Finished in one day instead of two as originally stated. I had to follow up because we never received written estimate. The concern I had was that he charged sales tax on the installation. Usually it is included in the estimate not an add on. That should be made clear before the start if an estimate in writing was received which it wasnâ t.

Skylight leak / roof job. I contacted a couple of contractors yesterday to fix the roof leak and this one was one of them. I just wanted to get a quote from this guy. The only available time for him to come over was on Saturday so I said ok. The other contractor came over yesterday and gave me a quote with a reasonable price. Its going to snow/rain for next few days so I decide to go with them. After I made up my mind, I sent a text to this guy from All Liberty to cancel the appointment and the guy called me a few minutes later. I explained the reason why Im canceling the appointment and immediately he got hostile and asked who Ive hired and complaining about canceling the appointment. At the end of the phone call, he told me he doesnt give a **** and hangs up the phone. Ok. Nice talking to you buddy.

Nick was quick to respond and he explained what needed to be done with pictures and was not trying to upsell the job.
