+ -1 moreWE NEEDED THEIR HELP AND THEY GAVE IT TO US PROMPTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THEY WERE ACCURATE IN THEIR DIAGNOSIS OF THE PROBLEM. THEIR RESPONSE HAS ALWAYS BEEN TO BRING IN THE COMPUTER AND THEY WILL SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS.
Description of Work: THEY DID DIAGNOSTICS AND REPAIRED A HARD DRIVE.

+ -1 moreIT WAS FINE. THEY GOT THE COMPUTER WORKING. THAT IS ALL I WANTED. IT WAS JUST A FINE EXPERIENCE. IT TOOK THEM A WHILE TO COME TO THE HOUSE AND GET HERE. I THOUGHT THE PROFESSIONALISM WAS FINE.
Description of Work: THEY HELPED FIX A COMPUTER THAT WOULD NOT TURN ON OR OFF WHEN YOU PUSHED THE BUTTON. IT WOULD RANDOMLY TURN ON AND OFF ON ITS OWN.

+ -1 moreIT WAS A VERY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, AND HE DID THE JOB THAT HE NEEDED TO DO. HE WARNED ME THAT IT MIGHT NOT FIX EVERYTHING BECAUSE WE HAVE A VERY OLD COMPUTER. I'VE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS DESPITE THE WARNING. I'VE USED HIM BEFORE, AND I'VE BEEN HAPPY BEFORE SO THAT'S WHY I WENT BACK TO HIM. IT WAS FINE BECAUSE I WAS EXPECTING $400 RATHER THAN THE PRICE HE GAVE ME.
Description of Work: WE GOT MORE SPACE LIKE MORE RAM AND A NETWORK CARD PUT IN.
