Paul and At Ease is are an amazing example of what a business can and should be, which is surprisingly uncommon nowadays. We had At Ease fix some work done by another company on a septic install, and Paul got it done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. And as issues came up and other things were found in the install that needed to be fixed he worked with the engineer to ensure everything worked out well. He is an example of what a business owner should be, he cares about doing a good job and getting things done right, which just doesn't seem to happen much anymore.
