+ -1 moreI paid In April, 2020, to have the system turned on. It was not turned on, but in May I was charged $95 for 20 feet of soaker hose. For the past month I have called and emailed Raindance asking when the system would be turned on. I never got an answer. Today the pipes were vibrating so much I called again. Joanna said she would come by late morning. She arrived at 3 p.m., told me my clock was broken (after advising me the filter probably had to be cleaned) and decided our “relationship” wouldn’t work and she would send my $100 back for the soaker hose installation. However, in March I paid $120 for my system to be turned on.
