Description of Work: James does A+ work and we heartily recommend him. It can be a long wait to get him -- he's in high demand -- but when he shows up he's totally worth it.

+ 0 moreHe cleaned up completely after himself. His payment schedule was reasonable, I had to pay half up front and then chase him before paying the other half when he was done. I was very pleased with the work when it was completed. I strongly recommend him to others. He gave good recommendations for materials and added additional trimming to the skylights to insure they were water tight.
Description of Work: He provided a whole new roof and added skylights.
