+ -1 moreOther than the wait for the glass fire-door (not the fault of Colucci Bros.) I feel that the experience was a good one. My home was treated with respect (booties were worn indoors) I admire the fact that a USA manufacturer was being used.
Description of Work: The flue on the chimney needed to be repaired or replaced. After a review of the flue as well as flue chain it was determined that replacement was necessary (I was shown the defective part) Next I needed the glass fire-door replaced, the first one brought to my home didn't fit. During the subsequent weeks (until the correct size was sent by the manufacturer) I was kept in the loop regarding status. I appreciated the fact that I was kept in the loop, waiting w/o contact can be a frustrating experience.
