+ -1 moreJason. the same person who performed the last maintenance service, returned and new exactly what needed to be done to our hvac system. He had clearly reviewed the notes from the last visit and wasted no time in addressing the reasons for his visit. He carefully explained everything that he was doing, proposed options for further action regarding our problematic hvac system, and made sure to double-check that all the work had been completed. When he identified that a freon pipe was broken outside, he contacted the headquarters, obtained an estimate for labor and materials. The staff in headquarters promptly called me to schedule the repair. Air Solutions is one of those rare companies which send experienced/knowledgeable staff to visit work site. It is also a company that provides efficient and cordial customer service. After teying 3 different hvac repair and maintenance companies for the same issues, we are extremely pleased with the work and service of Air Solutions.
Description of Work: Replaced outside broken freon pipe. Completed 6 month maintenance. Installed overflow valve to prevent water leaks. Adjusted all air handlers in system to improve cold air distribution around house.
