Description of Work: The tech did a complete overhaul of my boiler/furnace (which is 30 years old)and thanks to him it is now working perfectly. W&J Ebner will now be the only company that I use. And when it is time to replace my boiler/furnace I will get it done through them.

The owner showed up as promised to give me an estimate of the work. His estimate was clear and concise. The installation team was prompt, professional and courteous and arrived on the scheduled day. The work was well done.

I called them in an emergency and they came the next day. Fixed the leak and replaced some values, he also took the time to explain the problem to me and how he was going to fix it. The cost was very fair. My husband will use them again the running hot and cold water to the pool and also a Jet pump for the water pressure. He got the estimates from Jim and again the cost is very good.

He was very nice. It was an emergency and I called him after hours. He came within an hour and he fixed it. He was competent and professional. The price was really fair and he was a nice guy. He didn't really charge much at all. I was really happy with him. I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: I called WJ Ebner Plumbing for an estimate on converting my home heating system from propane to natural gas. About a week later Jim called back and we set up an appointment for him to look at the work that needed to be done. Jim was right on time and spent abour an hour at my house explaining what needed to be done in great detail. I was very comfortable with his abilities and was definitly going to use him. A week went buy so I decided to call him for the estimate. I got his company answering machine and he never called back. Numerous calls later he still has not called back. I find WJ Ebner Plumbing to be unprofessional and unreliable. Call another plumbing contractor so you don't waste your time like I did.

We moved here from the city two years ago and every time we need something done it is costly. We had this leak in the basement for a while going back and fourth withe the contractor, then asking the town. Jim from W&J Ebner, took a look at the problem, right away knew how to fix it and the cost was fair. He ordered the part and came back to install it that same wee. We will use him again and I just wish we called him sooner.
Description of Work: Every time the town changed the water pressure the unit installed in our basement leaked. I believe it was a water flow regulator. At first a little then buckets, turned out contractor installed a commercial one instead of ones used for residential.
