+ -1 moreI called Dennis for an urgent “move out” cleaning for our apartment. The minute I reached out to him on Angie’s list he was extremely responsive. He was extremely professional and accommodating with no crazy surprises. They were quick with availability and did a fantastic job! They truly went above and beyond; even took the trash to the curb!!! The house was spotless when they were done. If I wasn’t moving I would use them again! 10 out of 10!

They were easily accessible in advance to confirm starting time and items to be addressed. It has been a true pleasure to be able to walk "bare footed" on very clean carpets and to view the morning sunlight through the cleaned windows. + -1 moreSad to right a review like this but I have to be honest. For the amount of money that was paid and with being told that it was going to be a “Deep” clean I was super disappointed in the lack of detail that was put in the cleaning. Also was told that the baseboards were going to be cleaned and they weren’t and when we were speaking in regards of having our couch cleaned it was agreed upon to be cleaned but the day of it wasn’t. Was offered to come back but by that time it was to late and the company that was coming over was already here at my house.
Description of Work: Deep cleaning of the home. The cleaning of the Baseboards not just the cover. The couch vacuumed. Detail cleaning of the windows.

+ -1 moreI cannot recommend this company. Unfortunately everything we had asked for when we were looking for someone they agreed to except for windows. When they called me to talk. About the job initially, they said they don’t do windows. I was fine with it since they said they could do everything else. When they came for the consultation, they said everything they could do without a problem. When I spoke to them the story changed. My experience and my moms didn’t match with them. On the day of the cleaning we left the house so that they could clean freely without my dog getting in their way because he would be anxious. I believe about 2 hours later they texted me and said the house was done. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms living room and kitchen? Deep cleaned? Spring cleaned? When we returned to the house it looked clean but upon further inspection it really wasn’t clean. It seems like they zoomed through. There was stuff in plain sight on the floors. It was a big waste of our money. Try someone else
Description of Work: We asked for a spring cleaning. We were told they would clean from ceiling to the floor. Dust, floors, surfaces, vacuum. It smelled clean at the end, but unfortunately our house wasn’t clean and we have spent our vacation cleaning it ourselves, so a waste of money and time. They seem to just clean around things. They don’t move things. Or they moved one side but not the other. Something a child would do.
