Lakes Road Glass

The first time I called Lakes Rd Glass about replacing a broken shower door there was some confusion. The workers were all out but still a love person answered the call. I got the promised return call the next morning re my broken "sliding door" during my commute when I couldn't talk. There was some miscommunication re who would call who back. A week later I called Lakes Rd Glass again and this time was able to speak to the mgr who gave me options with prices, a website to view the options and set an appointment for measurement. They were able to come that day but due to my work schedule we made appt for two days later. The two workers arrived 30 min early. They were polite, friendly and professional. I feel like I received all the info re my options so I could make the best choice for replacement doors. They also took broken glass from my old door with them. We set an appt for them to return one week later with replacement doors to install. The manager called me to confirm her received the new doors and to confirm the appt for installation. They were again ready to do the job immediately but I had to schedule a few days later. The workers showed up two hours later than expected but I was ok with that as I told them I'd be home all day. The installation went quickly. The installer explained possible reasons we had trouble with previous doors and showed me adjustments he'd made to ensure we would experience same situation of door falling and breaking. Overall my experience with Lakes Rd Glass was very good regarding service, high quality staff and after that initial call, clear communication. I did not compare their prices to others.

THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME & THEY WORKED STRAIGHT THROUGH THEIR LUNCH BREAK JUST TO GET DONE WITH THE PROJECT IN ONE DAY. THEY CLEANED UP ALL OF THE AREAS THEY WORKED IN. I DO THINK THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT IT WAS BETTER THAN SOME OF THE OTHER WORK I'VE SEEN.
