My boyfriend and I were extremely impressed from start to finish. The company for us in right away for the job- The communication was excellent we received updates throughout the entire day. Dan the project manager was excellent he took wonderful care of us he went above and beyond. We will certainly be using this company again in the future for various jobs on our home. I highly recommend this company for any job they were excellent. Dan also helped us out with picking the right color for our roof. We couldn't be happier! Great service, great prices, and wonderful communication! A+++++

The experience and result completely exceeded my expectations. I love my new space! From beginning to final inspection, it was a pleasure working with Home Pro Exteriors. Joe was always either on site or quickly accessible to answer any questions. The crew was on time, accomplished so much during the day and always thoroughly cleaned at days end so we could use our pool. Permits, inspections, pretty much everything was handled on my behalf. Very pleased and happy to share my project and experience. Terrific and talented group of people at Home Pro Exteriors!

Very well. I originally met with Home Pro Exterior at the end of June to get a quote to repair a roof line leak that another roofer was not able to properly address. They gave a prompt quote. I am in an older home and had only a portion of the roof redone in the past two years with the anticipation of doing the remaining roof in coming years. They quoted the repair job and the cost to do the repair job and the remainder of the roof replacement. They were able to offer financing, a competitive price and a significant warranty. I signed the contract with them on July 16th and they told me the job would be completed in 30 days. They actually had completed the job by July 22. I am happy with the end result and very happy they are willing to stand behind their work with such confidence.

Fantastic from start to finish. Kevin came out to look at the job and shortly thereafter submitted a written proposal outlining the items we had discussed. I then met with Joe to go over a few things and signed the proposal. Joe quickly placed the order for the materials and his first crew came out and installed the exterior door and 2 storms doors - this was a very tricky process has the house is 80 yrs old and the framing was not great to begin with. The men did a fantastic job in re-framing what needed to be done and installed the doors - no more drafts. Subsequently Terrence and Eric came out to do the siding job - this was very difficult as I had previously hired a contractor who did some of the work and then disappeared - so Terrence and Eric had their work ahead of them in reworking mistakes and then completing the job. Terrence and Eric worked very hard, everyday and finished the job on time. I have received so many compliments on the house now.

It went very well. From the first day when we met the Home Pro guys, we knew we were dealing with professionals who had years of experience and knowledge. Bill gave us a price on the patio room and gave us time to think about it. We were also offered the opportunity to visit patio rooms that were previously done in the area. Seeing the patio rooms and visiting with the owners truly help us to decide to build. Home Pro took care of getting all the permits and contacted us when they were ready to get started. The carpentry crew arrived when expected, were very neat, professional, accurate and very talented. If anything was not as expected, a phone call was placed to the office for clarification. The room went up quickly and methodically. All the guys at Home Pro continued to be in touch with us throughout the process and came to visit the construction site frequently. As we went along, we made several changes to our original plan and if there was a change in cost, it was communicated before any work was done. We are 100% satisfied with our new patio room and deck and we would strongly recommend Home Pro for any home improvement projects you need. This is a terrific company!

They were good. Everything turned out good. They did everything that I needed them to do. The price was fair. It was good. They offered to give me a quote on a new project but they never followed up.

I'd first like to give accolades to Home pro's representative Kevin. He wasted no time in addressing what I wanted done. He was very knowledgeable of the products offered (which are very good). As the work progressed, he kept in contact to see if it was to my satisfaction. He was the reason I went with this company. Home pro uses different crews to do specific jobs (roofing, gutters etc.) Each crew a specialist in their craft. My roof with skylights was done in a day. Orlando and his crew were very professional and efficient workers. They took one small break for lunch and went back at it. They answered any question I had fully. When they finished they cleaned the area completely. Terrence and his crew did the siding. They did an excellent job. Like Orlando's crew they worked throughout the day with one small break for lunch. They even put my new mailbox. They were very meticulous with their clean up job. Roberto and his crew installed my door. They came early in the morning and got right on the job. There was a little snag as my old door was smaller than the new one. No problem. They took care of the "problem" quickly. The door is beautiful and sure as **** works better than the old one. The gutter guys wasted not time in doing their work. They were quick, efficient. If I had to mention one shortcoming, they didn't let me know they had left or what I thought of their work. This critique however, paled in comparison to the work they did. Very good job. Good clean up. I also want to give accolades to the supervisors of this company Bill and Joe. They made sure everything went smooth. Joe even came over to see how things were coming along. Bill assured me his crews were professionally trained and up to date on their techniques (not that he needed to tell me). I get a lot of compliments from my neighbors on the work they've done. The "Home Pro Exteriors sign is still on my lawn.

the room was built to the specification of the contract and specified time.the room that was demolished was 30 years old with a lot of glass,aluminum and a ton of small screws.the clean up was impeccable.the crew was on time everyday,explained what work was being done.we asked them to change a few things they accommodated our request.we were secured with the work crew that when we had to leave the house the doors were unlocked so they could have access to the house.they worked into the dark and through rain to complete the job.we requested that the screen door to roll harder they adjusted the rolls.we would not hesitate to recommend this company for any home job.the partners were very friendly and they never requested payment other than the agreed installment.

We first met Home Pro Exteriors at the Poughkeepsie Home Show in April. They were one of a few contractors we requested a site visit and quote from. They were very quick to respond and timely. Jim Klein was our Sale Rep and he couldn't have been any more professional. He was very thorough without our being aggressive and pushy. He gave us numerous options to help us come in within our budget range. They still were not the lowest quote, but my wife and I felt comfortable with them and thought they would give us the best return on our investment. The doors were ordered and within 2 weeks installed. They came first thing in the morning and by early afternoon the job was completed, including all debris removal. Needless to say, my wife and I were thrilled with the outcome, they definitely exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Home Pro Exteriors to anyone needing their services.

I previously reviewed Home pro and gave them a B, I was not able to change my review to an A so I am writing a new review. In the beginning there were so miscommunication but it all was fixed with the great service that was given after. I must say that this company definitely knows how to keep their customers happy especially when a situation arises. In my opinion that is the best way to really get to know a company's trust. I would definitely use them again.

When an appointment was schedule there was a lack of communication due to an unforseen circumstance on Home Pro's end. Bill the owner called me and we had a conversation in regards to the miscommunication and he did apologize and offered to put up the window for free. Sometimes customers want to over look mistakes that can happen, but I am glad that Bill took the time out to call in regards to the bad review I posted. It made me feel a reassurance he did not want to lose me as a customer. The professionalism was good and I would definitely use them again. I will be updating the review from a B to an A once the job is completed.

Free Estimate was quick and timely. All around very professional. The doors actually close in the house now! Started the job right away (within two days) and finished within the estimated time. I am very thankful and satisfied with Home Pro Exteriors.

When we decided to get our home resided it was a big step, a lot of money, so we shopped around and got several estimates. Estimates are only one part of the job though because you really have to feel comfortable with who your hiring when your giving them almost 15k. The original estimate was solid and we knew there were going to be a certain amount of cost overruns during the process, our house is older and had really old aluminum siding with virtually no insulation behind it. Age and water leaks cause a certain amount of rot so like I said we expected a certain amount of cost overruns. The guys were amazingly thorough and stopped to explain in great detail what was found and what our options were, they answered every single question I asked without hesitation. If I wasn't home they would take pictures and send them to me. When they started removing the old stuff from the house one of our doors had a little overhang type roof that we knew wasn't well built so it was no surprise to us when it needed to be replaced. The job they did on replacing it was absolutely amazing, they even made sure they got roofing that matched the rest of the house. We were really expecting to see a lot more in additional costs but they did everything so well and really kept our costs to an absolute minimum. I know we would never be this happy if we had chosen anyone other then Home Pro to do the job they are absolutely amazing! They took what we felt was one of the worst looking houses in the neighborhood and transformed it into one of the best looking homes around. Neighbors have actually stopped me on the street to tell me how good it looks. The compliments have been great but for me the best compliment of all was when my daughter said she wasn't embarrassed to tell people which house was hers anymore. I welcome anyone to ask me about Home Pro because I have nothing but good things to say!

I obtained several quotes from contractors (3 from Angie's List) and one through a friend. I chose Home Pro Exteriors not because of price alone, but the comfort level I found when talking to their employees. They weren't the cheapest, nor the most expensive. Home Pro Exteriors Inc. were a pleasure to work with. I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable salesman, Kevin who worked around my schedule to come measure the jobs and inspect the areas that needed repair. He knew I was anxious to get my project done before winter. We discussed the jobs I wanted done, which included sistering up several rafters in the attic, remove and replace defective sheathing and installing new shingles. They made all the arrangements with the Town Building Inspector and met or exceeded all the requirements for my area of residence. Home Pro Exteriors scheduled the job in November 2015 and came with a crew to strip and replace my roof within two days. I was surprised that my roof needed many more pieces of sheathing and rafters to make it solid again. I am thankful to the experienced roofers who worked diligently on this project. I feel much better knowing that I have a strong and leak-free roof that will last many years to come. I was also impressed that used quality parts to rebuild my roof. They were responsible for removing all of the debris from my property, which they did well with the exception of leaving behind a few nails. I requested them to come back to repair a ventilation problem in the attic. The owner of Home Pro Exteriors, Joe, is very easy to talk with and strives for perfection. He was able to bring a crew back to fix the ventilation problem and came personally to inspect the finished job. I will have some other projects coming up in the near future and will definitely consider Home Pro Exteriors as the preferred contractor.

After an onsite review conducted by a Structural Engineer, we knew the extent of our home's issues and needed a contractor that was up for the challenge. Upon meeting Bill & Joe from Home Pro Exteriors, it was immediately evident they had a passion for their work that blew away the other contractors we were considering. Bill & Joe did a top to bottom walk through of our home, before I had even highlighted the issues they had zeroed in on them and that impressed me. They didn't miss a thing. They were very knowledgeable and accessible; they encouraged my calls & questions and I never went into voicemail. When I texted Joe, I got a response right back & photos. I was never stressed throughout the project because there was instant communication. In addition to structural improvements, interior & exterior framing, new roof & siding, we wanted some exterior modifications to add functionality & character to our home. We discussed it with Bill & Home Pro produced the drawings; again this impressed me because it was crucial we were all on the same page & it speaks to the range of their services. I was also impressed by their craftsman sensibility apparent in the proportion & symmetry of the new details in relation to the existing structure. Home Pro provided us with a contract, certificates of insurances and stayed in budget. The team arrived on time, cleaned up before they left, tarped & protected unfinished areas. They were flexible when we made changes/add-ons & when we backed off fully enclosing the porch. Even when the work was completed and I had a question/concern, Joe came out the next day and addressed it. They went above & beyond - Excellent service! We highly recommend Home Pro Exteriors & fully intend to use their services for future improvements. A+++ for Knowledge, Communication, Flexibility, Excellent Service & Craftsmanship.

Dan Lynch came out and made an inspection of the roof. I then picked out what type of roofing i wanted. Dan was very understanding of my situation, having been scammed by a previous contractor. After a week I got a call from Bill letting me know that the paperwork for my building permit was done and that they will call again to set up a date for the installation of the new roof. Less than a week later Joe Duarte called and we agreed on a date for the work. The crew arrived early in the morning and went right to work and were very protective of my house and property. Joe stopped by a few times during the day to make sure everything was going ok with the job and to see if if I had any concerns or questions. the job was completed that afternoon. I can't say enough good things about the company. Starting with Dan,to Bill and joe plus the crew that did the installation . Thanks again!

Home Pro Exteriors completed my entire home renovation. They installed a new roof, new windows, new siding, new doors and redid my deck. The work was completed in a timely manner and done in a very professional way. The entire staff was very helpful and courteous. The two owners managed the entire project from start to finish. My wife and I hired Home Pro Exteriors to demolish our old, damaged rear deck and install a new one. They exceeded our expectations at every step. From the initial visit to the job's completion, they were professional, punctual and efficient. When we first hired them (2nd week of August), their schedule was rather full and they said they would be able to start the job the 2nd week of September. I told them that I was hoping to get the job done as soon as possible and if their schedule opened up at all I would appreciate it if they could start sooner. They said that they would do their best to accommodate me. They ended up calling me on August 31st, telling me that they could be at my home the next day to do the demo of the existing deck and installation of new concrete footings. I was thrilled. They showed up on time the next day and got to work immediately. It didn't even take them the whole day to get the old deck down and the new footings dug and poured. They were back that Friday after giving the footings a few days to cure. They worked from about 8am till almost 7 in the evening and completed the vast majority of the job. It only took them about half of the next day (a Saturday!) to finish up. They had completed the job two weeks sooner than I was expecting. The work was fantastic and a big improvement in construction quality over our old deck. They cleaned up well after themselves and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I would enthusiastically recommend them to any of my neighbors.

After rain delays, the work was done in one day. Cleaned up all debris and carted it away. Very pleasant, professional crew. We then asked for estimate to replace our 10 X 8 deck with 10 X 10 deck with low rise stairs and 12" deep step. They came today and we contracted for the job for $4890.00. I think what we appreciated most besides the quality of work was there prompt response to our inquiry. We had other estimates and HomePro was the best choice.

Home Pro Exteriors completed my siding, window and door projects. They were at my house and ready to work every time that they said that they would be here. That meant a lot to me. Dan was my go to guy when it came to all of the details on color and product selection. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and material for me to make the final decisions in order to fit my budget. Between the two owners, Bill and Joe, they were on my job site every day to make sure that my expectations were met. I have worked with other contractors before and never was I given this personal attention from start to finish. The work was performed in a timely and ridiculously clean manor. Every day my job site was cleaned as if they were not coming back to my house. Home Pro had a different crew for every one of my projects so the work was completed by a specialist, not just a "Jack of all tradesman." I had "insulated siding" put on my house which I had never seen before Dan gave me that option. The other companies just gave me a price and or did not give me a selection. Home Pro Exteriors did an amazing job at a very fair price. The warranties on all of the products were showed to me in person and I just started receiving them in the mail from the manufacturers. These guys were great and I would recommend them to anyone who wants all of their expectations met!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Home Pro Exteriors did an excellent job all around. They were very thorough in their initial inspection and explaining the options/calculating the cost. They were here right on time, and everyone involved was very friendly and professional in their work. The roof looks great, and everything couldn't have gone more smoothly. I originally met Joe from Home Pro when he came to our home to clear snow from our roof that was causing leaks inside the home. He and his team came the same day we called and worked well after dark to get our roof cleared. Joe followed up with us to give us an estimate for repairs and was extremely fair with his pricing. Over the three days he worked in our home he was prompt, personable and his work was top notch. I would recommend Home Pro with no hesitation and will surely reach out to Joe again for future work.
