Irvens was the consummate professional , knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and went out of his way to complete the job he had never attempted before which was to install a bidet attachment to my toilet without ever having done so previously which was further complicated by mobile home plumbing instead of conventional plumbing which required swapping out fixtures and tubing. irvens went to plumbing supply store during covid19 concerns and used his own CC to make purchases on my behalf. Irwins excellent professional work and attention to detail was a great experience. He is very personable and works to please his customer. I highly recommend Irwin to anyone who needs any type of work in their home. In my home he replaced part of my ceiling, taped, spackled and painted it. He also replaced a ceiling fan, a door, and a handle on a storm door. I am very satisfied.

Mr. Augustine and his assistant, Curtis, completed several projects for me . They re-caulked in and around my tub, hung a large clock and another fancy wall hanging, installed a new track lighting system and installed a new storm door after removing the old one. All projects were done to perfection!!! The storm door installation proved very difficult as the wood frame was rotted and Mr. Augustine had to buy an aluminum frame to replace the rotted wood one. The new door was slightly damaged and he had to fix the damage so the door would work properly. Mr. Augustine and Curtis were both very nice, accommodating and courteous. They came when they said they would, cleaned-up when they were done and made sure that everything was done well. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I highly recommend them.

We presented Mr. Augustin with a difficult challenge: building wood stairs and a railing to the loft in a small bedroom... a bedroom that has an uneven floor, irregular walls, and too short a length to allow for "proper" (standard) steps, all in our 1885 house. Mr. Augustin asked many questions and drew sketches prior to providing an estimate, and he continued to seek our input as the job progressed. He is very much a perfectionist and takes tremendous pride in his work. We are very happy with the end result, even though it took longer than originally estimated. But we prefer that a job be done well instead of quickly! Mr. Augustin is very thorough, kind, and professional.

The project was a significant renovation and remodel of a 2 bedroom and 1 bath rental unit. We are pleased to perfection with the work done by Mr. Irvens Augustin on this job. He finished the lengthy project on schedule and we are highly impressed by his accommodating and cooperative spirit throughout his work on the project. Irvens was a solid one-stop solution as he handled a wide variety of tasks including carpentry, flooring, painting, bathroom remodel, lighting solutions, and a spectrum of other fixes required for this type of project. We consider ourselves fortunate to have selected a gentleman such as Mr. Augustin, and would most certainly highly recommend him to others. As a closing compliment, we will actually miss seeing him on a regular basis.
