We purchase a property. The insurance company did an inspection on all of the new insured buildings. The inspection report indicated there was a request that they wanted all the moss taken off the roof. In no time flat, CJ was there and had the problem under control. In just one day, the issue was resolved. They are truly a professional company.

Same day service after a quick assessment and estimate. Mold on roof was removed as promused and should become perfect after repeated rains to wash away the dead mold. I recommend CJ to anyone looking for roof or patio washing.

Very friendly! Did a very professional job! Our vinyl siding on the side of our house looks brand new! Roof cleaning worked just as they said it would, after a some good rains, all of the mildew was gone! Did only what needed to be done. For example, only did one side of the roof, as that was all that was needed.

CJ House and Roof Cleaning was great. They did everything I asked to be done, plus they also cleaned window wells which I did not expect. Very polite and professional. I will call them again next year to clean my gutters.
