This year has been a stressful one to say the least. With the passing of our daughter/sister in July, we were left with a large project to empty her house and sell the property prior to winter. After many years of accumulating, this was not going to be a fast or easy project to tackle. As you can imagine, living on a street that is visible to so many, people began to question and approach our family regarding what we were doing and if they would be able to be of service to us. Some of the timing was overwhelming and inappropriate for our current situation. He went out of his way to help with some clean up, made suggestions, took pictures, posted the listing and spent hours contacting everyone he knew to inform them about this property. He held a few open houses, and within the two weeks we had people calling to schedule showings! It was amazing to see just how much attention this house was getting and so quickly. Mr. Spence helped to “weed out” those that were not either serious or qualified buyers, and with his professional and aggressive real estate marketing knowledge was able to fulfill his contract within the 90 days! Mr. Spence was exactly on target for what the house would sell for and had the contacts readily available to him to push this house through successfully being sold within such a short amount of time. He spent countless hours with us on the phone reviewing all the feedback and current house situation. We always felt we were never in the dark and appreciated all the attention he gave us.
