+ -1 moreThe project is an amazing success. Lauren presented me with an initial design. She had clever ideas that made the space work better. We added elements, scaled back others and settled on a plan. Her knowledge and experience in construction and design worked well to create an extremely functional master bath. She presented me with a detailed spreadsheet of materials, a scope of work report, and a project book that made the process almost foolproof. Her initial budget estimate ended up being spot on but she did give me several chances to scale it back during the design phase (which I didn't). This allowed me to make well informed decisions and decide exactly how to spend my budget. This is the third renovation I've done in my life and the only one that completed on time and on budget.
Description of Work: Lauren designed and decorated a complete master bath renovation. She also coordinated contractors because she was better at it than my GC.
