Description of Work: After at least 4 voicemails and an email, I have not heard back from the vendor. I would have expected a message letting me know whether or not they are available. Today I called again and the person answering the phone hung up after 30 seconds. I'm not even sure what the person had muttered.

Description of Work: Add another star to the HIRE HER HOME IMPROVEMENTS INC. crown! Angela DiMella and her team have, once again, done a spectacular job in renovating a bathroom in my 1887 Victorian home: from helping me select a slab of marble that looks like it has belonged there from the beginning, to crafting new bead-board cabinet doors to match the vanity I selected. And the best part was that when something went amiss, Angela made good on it without a whimper. She stands behind her work, and fulfills her promise without compromise or argument. As a result, I had her return to paint a tricky hallway (a first-class job). She took up the carpeting in that hallway and put in new molding because she didn't like the way the old molding looked, and matched the paint perfectly. I'm having her back to re-wallpaper and paint my bedroom (no small feat) and replace a dozen very old and poorly made windows. She will be first and only on my list when it comes time to paint the house's exterior. She is a contractor no busy woman should be without!

Description of Work: Angela and her team were absolutely fantastic - from the point of getting an estimate to the completion of the job. They were responsive, punctual, very reasonable with the price (we never felt we were getting nickle and dimed), and even wound up putting in some extra work (that wasn't initially anticipated) for an extremely reasonable fee. Her entire team was very personable, trustworthy, and hardworking; I had no worries about having them in our home when we weren't there. They did a variety of interior painting, carpentry, and ceiling/wall repairs for us. Everything was completed in a timely manner and the quality of the job exceeded our expectations. We plan to have them back in the future to complete additional projects. We would highly recommend Angela - with no reservations.
