Angela and the boys were awesome. They were fast, professional, clean and super nice. A pleasure to work with. We love the way the bathroom turned out and we would definitely recommend Hire Her. We plan on using them again for a variety of other upcoming projects.

Everything went well. The sheet rock and painting of the ceiling and walls looks great.

Angela responded to our work request really quickly, working closely with us so that we could move into our new place as soon as possible. She coordinated subcontractors estimates and start of work within the first two weeks after we spoke and moved all the major work along efficiently and quickly - and always with a warm, collaborative and fun personal approach. She, her crew and each of the trade subcontractors provided excellent professional services and if something was not installed exactly as we wished, Angela quickly arranged for the requested change to be made. When a delay in delivery of a needed part (eg correct kitchen cabinet shelf from the subcontractor) was delayed she always kept us informed of the status and new estimated time for receiving it. Her pricing is quite fair and she is interprets her work list liberally - no nickel and diming to include small extras, such as installing extra towel racks for example. She is honest, fair, very responsive to your needs and a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with all the work that her crew has done and will both call her again for any work in the future and recommend her to our friends and neighbors for any work they need.

The new bathroom looks wonderful. Fantastic work by Angela and her team. We are very pleased with the outcome and have inquired about some more projects we need completed.

We have used Hire Her for several renovation jobs and are very pleased. Angela is always available to answer questions and to consult on work to be performed. Her staff is polite and professional. She is honest, fair and very reasonable. We would not hesitate to recommend her.

I contacted Angela by email and she promptly responded. We set up a time for her to look at the job, which she did. Upon leaving she said she'd send an estimate within 7 days. 10 days later I emailed asking if she needed anything else from me to do the estimate. Within hours she sent the estimate which was an obscenely high price ($16,000) for this small, non-luxury bathroom renovation and did not include the $5,000 worth of materials which I would still need to purchase. I emailed her back explaining that it was too high and asking when would be a good time to discuss on the phone so I could better understand how the costs broke down. She never responded. She obviously did not want the job unless I was just going to fork over whatever she was asking. She could have just told me that but instead ignored my email. I found this to be unprofessional.

After interviewing at least 5 contractors we decided on Hire Her and Angela, owner and head contractor, did not disappoint. Our renovation was massive, took close to 6 months, and included kitchen, 2 ½ baths, and more. The work cost more than we expected, but we got what we paid for: high-end quality, from top to bottom. Angela, from the beginning, was direct, honest, and thorough—we love her! She emphasized open communication and followed through with regular meetings and quick responses to our texts and calls. We were instantly comfortable with her and appreciated her willingness to comply with our ideas and suggestions. Angela knows construction from the ground up and handled the project with professionalism and fairness. Angela’s crew is AMAZING! We actually missed them when the work was done! Every single tradesman was highly professional. Jason’s skill was incredible, especially with wood and tile. Rolando, Steve, Billy, and Manny are welcome in our home anytime. It truly was a pleasure and I would use Hire Her again.

Angela Dimella, the owner, Is fabulous! She only hires polite, professional, competent workers who do a thorough job from start to finish in the most efficient way. They are punctual, clean, well-presented and very polite. Charges are very reasonable and competitive. If there is ever a hitch they come back and make it right without any problem at all. You cannot do better. I have used her for many years and have always been completely satisfied with all work. I did not put in a coolest as some of the work is still ongoing but let me assure you that it will be fair and reasonable.

We used Hire Her Home Improvements for a renovation of a small bathroom with shower. We had never done a renovation before, and were a bit nervous about it. However, we are very pleased with the experience, and the outcome. I frequently emailed or texted Angela, the owner, with questions, before and during the project (generally on weekends when I had time), and she always responded promptly. Angela and the crew are definitely uniformly focused on customer satisfaction, and very pleasant to work with. The crew would always arrive on time, day after day, and would work very hard. They did excellent work, were always friendly and nice to work with, and really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the results. As the work progressed, we asked for a couple of extra things, and some minor adjustments, and they accommodated us cheerfully. The project started on time, and finished on time. At the end of the project, Angela told me to contact her if there was ever a concern or question, stating “I stand behind my work”. That means a lot. We would happily use them again.

The work done was fantastic. We fully gutted the kitchen, moved doors, and patched up an outside door. While we were at it we also painted two additional rooms, updated the trim and even added raised storage in the garage. It was a lot of work. In terms of budget, we finished on estimate (in line with other contractor's estimates) and zero headaches. Angela was very professional and above board. She also has great references for cabinets, countertops and appliances. Every one of them gave us a discount. Financially, it was very smooth. In terms of the work done, I can't speak highly enough. The crew (make sure to ask for Billy!) is experienced, friendly, clean and thorough. Billy would provide daily updates on what he did and how the next day or two were going to flow. He planned out the work so that there were no missed days and no down time, and we ended up finishing exactly on time. They also do a great job of cleaning up at the end of the day to minimize the disruption. Their attention to detail is fantastic. Shortest punch list ever because of the care they put into the work. We couldn't be happier with how it all turned out and are confident that it is work that will last. Only challenge here is pre-project planning. In the beginning communication was poor, requests for work-flow and timing estimates went unanswered, and we experienced a 6 week delay in starting the project due to poor communication. There is not a lot of hand-holding here so you need to be organized and aggressive. It's an annoyance though, should definitely not be a deal breaker. Once the project started things improved, and the quality of work is well worth it. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

Angela kept to every promise. As I was having hip surgery, she said the new shower would be ready and it was by the time I was home from the hospital. Just some finishing in the room, painting- her team is great, cleaned up every day, always let us know when the we’re coming

We used Hire Her Home Improvement Inc. for kitchen and floor work. We needed a substantial amount of demolition done. We opened up a load-bearing wall, had them mount a flush header and install new wood floors. In addition, we used them to remove and install a lally-column in the garage, which supports the bedrooms. Working with Hire Her has been a very simple and straightforward experience. Angela always gets back to you in a timely manner, and her crew of workers is always polite and friendly. We have small children, and after every job, the workers cleaned up any excess dust and debris. Our overall experience with Angela and her team was nothing shy of excellent. I come from a long line of family in the construction industry, and I know a botched job when I see one. Angela is not your typical contractor, she is no-nonsense and honest. All the workers at Hire Her took extra consideration to ensure the job was done to perfection and completed it in a timely fashion. We would absolutely use Hire Her again for future projects and continue to recommend this company to anyone who needs a contractor.

Very happy with the jobs done, all the workers - carpenter, electrician, painter - did a great job, and they were also all punctual and cleaned up carefully after they were done. The boss, Angela, very pleasant to work with, very professional and responsive. Would definitely use them again.

They were very slow in responding...over 48 hours to return a message. This was a red flag for me as I have had bad experiences with contractors that are slow or do not respond.

We had Angela and her people renovate our kitchen including removal of old kitchen. Her price was about average amongst the prices we got. That was about the only thing that was "average." Her people were great. Extremely personable and definitely knew their stuff. When the countertop people came in they were amazed at how nicely the carpentry work was done and told us it was some of the best they had ever seen. Our house is very small and the kitchen is in the center so there was really nowhere for us to go while they worked. That didn't seem to bother them at all and they went the extra mile to try and keep the mess contained in the kitchen. They cleaned up after themselves every night and kept us infomed as to what they were doing. As in any renovation involving a 70 year old house, the minute they started the unforeseen issues popped up. There were electrical issues, rotted floors, plumbing problems, incorrect material from the cabinet company, etc. They went the extra steps to fix each issue correctly when they could have covered it up and we would have never known. We also asked for a bunch of little changes that required them to get more material and spend time on things that were not part of the original job. Not once did anyone complain or try to talk us into taking a shortcut. Even more impressive was Angela never charged us for the extras except for some electrical work. The electrical changes were pretty extensive so that part was understandable. Other than that the price she originally quoted was the price we paid. All told the reno took about 5 weeks and when they finished, we were kind of sad that we wouldn't see her guys anymore. Our kids loved them and told us they missed them. We continue to get compliments on our kitchen. Angela was very responsive the whole time. She answered annoying questions from us at off hours and on weekends. She kept us updated as to when people were coming over and what they would be doing. Overall, we are very satisfied. We were so happy with the experience that we have already asked Angela to do some additional work in our house and will use her in the future for additional renovations.

Angela and her crews are fantastic! They remodeled our first floor powder room, including ripping out old fixtures and tile and installing new flooring, toilet, vanity, light fixture, accessories, and vent fan. They also prepped the walls for painting. Everyone was punctual, polite, and hardworking. Start to finish, the project took about a week. We appreciated Angela and Rolando's patience with us, as this was our first bathroom remodel. Angela is very responsive and follows up on every little detail. We will definitely hire her again in the future!

This is the third major project that I used Angela and her team on. Once again they did not disappoint. They had lots of ideas which I used, that enhanced the bathroom. They were punctual, cleaned up everyday, stayed with the project til it finished. Her resources for finding stone, vanity, etc were top notch and always a pleasure to work with once I mentioned Angela's name as my contractor. From gutting the room, removing the tub and everything else in room and building a new bathroom, shower stall, installing vanity and floor, the process was painless. End result a bathroom that I adore.

It went smoothly from beginning to end. Angela and her team of professionals are just the best. They arrived on time every day; were neat, polite, and as unobtrusive as possible. They can easily handle any problem that may arise, and best of all for me, will offer suggestions if asked. Even though our project took longer than anticipated due to the unexpected replacement of walls and floorboards, they managed to complete everything in time for us to host our Christmas guests who stayed in that guestroom.

Angela and her team are great! They do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. The clean up everyday and never leave a mess which is great especially with all the work we had done. Installing a door required a lot of work including installing new drains around the stairs and installing a fence. After that the yard was cleaned up and smoothed out like they had never been there. They also did not require us to remove everything out of the basement, they moved it all to one area and then after they were done they cleaned off all of the pile of stuff of construction dust and put everything onto shelves again. They do a great job with carpentry finishes, painting and tile work and take pride in doing a good job. They are all so nice as well, they pet the dogs every time they walk through the room, the dogs love them! Angela was very responsive to our requests and dealt with a horrible permit process. They did a really great job, I highly recommend them!

We are very happy with our kitchen. We designed it with a lot of great help from Sharon at Jilco. Anglea and her team were mostly fine. They are good so they have a lot of jobs and this can lead to issues with prioritizing sites. We were told the job would be 4 weeks and went away for that amount of time. There was a cabinet issue that they found out about the day before we returned and then the whole project ended up being 9 weeks. There were 2 weeks while we were away when nothing happened and when we got back there was 1 week of just interior painting and 1 week where the head worker was sick. They work best when you keep the pressure on but Anglea was great with handling issues, the work is top notch, and the price is fair.

They said the project was supposed to be 4 weeks but with an incorrect cabinet it ended up being 9. We went away for half of the time and there were about 2 weeks where they didn't work on anything. Then, post-cabinet order, it felt like we needed to put a lot of pressure on the team to keep them moving and there was one week where the head team member was sick. The team is good so they are getting a lot of jobs and this can create problems with prioritizing sites. Overall, the cost was good and Angela responded well to issues. See picture image.

Angela and her team are the BEST. They gutted the bathroom to the studs and re did everything. They were there on time and did great work. We never had to worry about them leaving a mess. The built ins took a few days and they even installed an electric fireplace for us. All of Angela’s employees are great and provide great customer service. Once the jobs were done Angela sent someone over to do a final clean up and my garage looks better than when they started. We will continue to rely on Hire Her for all of our home improvement needs. I would with no hesitation recommend Hire Her.

We contracted with Angela at Hire Her for our recent kitchen remodel. Bottom Line: We are very happy with the work done and believe it was a good value. We would definitely choose Hire Her again. Details: The project was an almost complete kitchen replacement, plus removal of a wall. We had to wait a few months to get on Hire Her's calendar. The actual start was close to the estimated date we were given well in advance. We did have some bumps with the suppliers of appliances and cabinets. Angela did a very good job of managing the situation. She kept things moving as much as possible, communicated, and saw things through to a positive resolution. Every worker we saw from Hire Her was professional: prompt, hard-working, skilled, polite and respectful - to us and to each other. Billy, the lead carpenter went above and beyond for us. The sub-contractors for electric and plumbing did top quality work. Overall the best contractor experience we've had in recent years. Highly Recommend.

Angela's men were courteous, on time, and did a great job. They were very respectful of my home. I would definitely hire them again.

Angela is a customer-service ultra-professional. The job started on time, and completed on time. Tim and his crew did the work and they are meticulous and flawless. They patched over the many holes the electricians created for a seamless finish. I will surely have them back to do other rooms. They are very easy to work with - they do what they say they'll do, and even a bit more. I highly recommend Hire Her for any home improvement needs.
