Angela, the head of the company, was very good at communicating with us. She stayed in touch throughout the project. She would meet me on weekends to walk me through the work as it was being done when I had the time. She made sure that we understood each other perfectly. She also worked closing with a carpenter named Seldon. Seldon did great work.

Angela came by Tuesday to see what needed to be done. She was very punctual in keeping her appointment time. Mailbox was completed Thursday and door was done Friday. There was no mess left behind for me to clean up. In addition to the work that I paid her for, Angela also did me the very ENORMOUS favor of driving over to my house to shut down my alarm system that the cats tripped - on her own time! - while I was at work. It save me stress, time and a huge fine. I can't begin to thank her enough. Will definitely use her again for the many projects to be done on my house.

It took 10 days for them to return my phone calls, at which time I had already contacted other interior painters who were extremely responsive.

Our experience with Angela and her crew was overall great. Angela is a no nonsense, to the point, open and up front person which makes a world of difference when planning and executing a complex large project. She and her people are very good at what they do, they enjoy doing it, and they are proud of their work. They made every effort to minimize impact of the project on our daily life as much as it is possible with a complete renovation of a kitchen. They also worked within our condominium building's rules and regulations which are not the easiest for a contractor. They are very reliable and trustworthy - we had no problem with going to work while they were working on our kitchen. In fact, we had a family emergency and had to leave the country on very short notice half way through the project. They were very understanding of the situation and very very helpful. We were only in email and sporadic phone call contact during the second half of the renovation and Angela and her team took care of all the loose ends and finished our kitchen without any issues. At the very beginning Angela took time to a**** the work that needed to be done and explained to us thoroughly the entire process. She was very upfront about everything and made clear that demolition might possibly unveil issues that might require additional work. She and her people are very experienced and skilled at what they do and as a result their initial assesment proved to be pretty much on the mark avoiding surprises. It is refreshing to find a group of skilled, reliable, trustworthy professionals who stand by their work and word. We would have no hesitation to recommend Hire Her Home Improvement to our family and friends in need of home renovation and repair.

Angela and her team were extraordinarily professional and cooperative. As the projects were in progress they continuously discussed with us design changes that arose and were always sensitive to our objectives. We were especially pleased with Angela's responsiveness to our calls and our time schedule for completion of the projects. Also, Angela is devoted to detail and is a perfectionist. She truly would not be happy unless we were satisfied with the work performed. Lastly, Angela and her team were extremely delightful people who we enjoyed meeting and learning to know. They never returned calls for weeks. When they came for the estimate, they were very friendly, but never followedup with the actual estimate they said they would email the next day. I never received an estimate at all.

This was the 4th major job that Angela G. Dimella of "Hire Her Home Improvements, Inc." and her team of professional artisans have done for us. All the sheetrocking work , molding installation, and painting that was done to our house this time helped to transform the appearance of our home. The quality of the work was excellent, and extremely professional. The rooms that were completed, are truly gorgeous and they make you feel good when you spend time in them. Selden , a member of Angela's work team, in his artist-like manner, took his time to make sure that the molding around the doors windows, and the ceiling was seamlessly installed to perfection. When it comes to painting, and tile work both Angela and Jay, another member of her team, are craft people extrodinaire who take pride in getting the job done to the highest quality. All of the people on Angela's work team are such trustworthy, honest, sensitive, and extremely skilled craft people, technicians, and professionals. Having them around is almost like having family members around working in your house. Angela is extremely sensitive to the needs of her customers. She's honest, and very flexible when it comes to working with her customers. You can totally trust her recommendations, and opinions because she shows and interest in giving a customer the highest quality of work. Throughout the entire time that she works in your home, she makes it a point to keep you abreast of all aspects of the work. Your concerns are always taken into consideration. The behavior of all of her workers is always appropriate and they are always respectful of you, your family members, and your home.Their work ethic is impeccable. They are always punctual, and they maintain a steady and consistent work schedule that ensures that the work is completed in a timely fashion. You will never get rushed, shoddy work from any member of Angela's team, and at the end of each day, everything is always cleaned up and any remaining supplies are left in an organized and neat manner. Angela is a true perfectionist with high standards who is committed to excellence. She has surrounded herself with a team of highly skilled people whose workmanship is exceptional. Angela, Selden, Jay, Michael and the other support workers performed magic on my bathroom and it is NOW truly a House Beautiful, Show Stopper, Gorgeous work of art. Angela is a true professional; she does not cut corners on quality; she is a focused person who pays close attention to minute details and gives the job that she is working on her undivided attention. In addition, she and her team have an outstanding work ethic. They are extremely honest people and you feel very comfortable and safe with them being around your entire family while working in your house. They were always punctual, courteous, flexible, good-natured, and very respectful of our family and our house. They went out of their way to make sure that we were happy with the work and the work schedule. We were always kept abreast of all aspects of the job, and Angela was very willing to address all of our concerns. Angela talked us through all phases of the job, and even often called us in to see the work at various phases and to explain to us what would happen next. She always maintained excellent lines of communications with us throughout the entire job. The demolition phase of the job took a bit longer than anticipated, because of the unusually and overly thick layer of concrete on the floor. But because of their high degree of problem solving skills, they were able to work through this unanticipated glitch, and get the bathroom gutted. During the gutting phase, the work area was sealed off with plastic which kept the dust from spreading to other parts of the house. Each day, Angela and her team made sure to leave everything in our house neat and clean. We truly appreciated their sensitivity to making sure that our family's comfort level was never compromised. Throughout the entire job process, Angela made it a point to perform all work and make installations that were consistent with the original architectural details and style of our 114 years old house. Angela and her team are truly amazing. We will most definitely use her company again, and again, and again on minor and major repairs, and both small and large projects in our house.

They were very good and professional. The quality was good too.

Overall, the experience was positive. She had to reschedule appointments a few times, which was not great, but she apologized for them. She did not come out as quickly as we would have liked her to. We felt better about her than about another gentleman that we dealt with earlier. She seemed much more customer oriented and wanted to know what our thoughts were on things. We gave her suggestions and feedback on what we thought about the work and other recommendations, and she followed through on them without us even bringing it up to her. We are probably going to go with her.

Angela is the ultimate professional, and a perfectionist who delivers on her promises, takes great pride in her work, and makes every effort to satisfy her custormers. In addition, she and her team bring the highest quality of work and skills to a job. Both she and all of her workers are well trained craftman/ and craftwomen who are trustworthy, honest, focused, always puntual, and always very respectful of our family, our family's schedules, and our home. They truly made every effort to minimize any inconvenience or discomfort that may have been produced by their work. After each day, they always made sure to clean up, and leave the work area and our home in an orderly manner. Our home was built in 1897, and Angela and her team paid particular attention to small details like using molding that matched the existing molding in the entire house so that the integrity of the style of the house was maintained. We appreciated their concern for these small yet important details. Throughout this entire process, Angela always made it a point to communicate with us about the work, and so many of her suggestions helped us to make choices that really made for a very stunning finished product. In addition I was amazed to find out that Angela was willing to often go above and beyond the call of duty to assist a customer. One of the back slate steps that leads to our garage had been loose for months, but we had not gotten around to getting it repaired. Angela and her team noticed the problem, and just went ahead and repaired the step as a courtesy to us. We were extremely grateful. It is so rare that the average contractor would even consider doing this type of favor for a customer. Thanks to the exceptional workmanship of Angela and her crew, our 1st floor chlostraphobic dungeon - like 3 x 6 pit stop with the toilet facing in the wrong direction was transformed into a bright, pleasant, colorful, beautifully tiled, and seemingly spacious powder room. I take great pleasure in highly recommending "Hire Her Home Improvement Company", and I would most definitely use them for future repairs and projects in our home.

They are awesome. I felt the lady who runs the company is very knowledgeable and when she wasn't clear about anything, she immediately called someone to get information. She's kept me informed as to when she is going to be here and she keeps me up to date on things. She is very responsive.

My client was out of town and put us together and every time I needed something done it was done, sometimes before I asked - goes the extra mile the first day I arrived she had already shoveled and salted for safety outstanding!

Angela sent a carpenter out to work up an estimate the same day we spoke on the phone. We were given an estimate - a date was set and the work was completed as scheduled. They were totally professional and a pleasure to deal with.

The owner, Angela, responded almost immediately to the message I left on her voice mail. She arrived to inspect and provide a written estimate of the work I requested on time as agreed. Work commenced as agreed and was completed on time and far exceeded my expectations. Worth the price, every penny of it. After the work was completed I needed to repair some minor issues that arose during a home inspection while selling my house. Angela came back, with my realtor, and made the repairs almost immediately while I was out of state. You can trust and rely on Angela.

Have to say that the house has a two story entry and although my husband and his brother both paint, they both looked at me and said don't expect us to paint the entry it's too high and we won't do it. Also, I wanted it done as quickly as possible so we could start moving in. Angela started on very little notice, the day after closing. I was worried that the price was high (that's why the B in price). Was even more concerned as the price included primer and I found them not using the primer in the first week they were working. (more on this later) The quality of the work was never in question. They removed all of the hardware left on the walls by the previous owners and filled all the holes. They re-caulked around the crown molding and all the windows. The removed all the shelves in the closets and took down all the drapes. They washed down the shelves before rehanging. They shook out the drapes before rehanging. They really went above and beyond to leave with a quality job behind. My husband was impressed that they moved out the refrigerator (from a recessed area in the kitchen) to paint behind it as he had commented that they won't move that and paint behind it. I was impressed at the little things such as when they found a broken outlet cover behind the refrigerator, they put a good one in that spot since it was so hard to get to and put the broken one in an open spot so we could easily replace it ourselves. Back to the price issue, they did paint an extra room and painted some ceilings that were not part of the original price to make up for the lack of primer. They did a third coat in the basement when they realized two coats did not cover the old color at no additional charge. In the end, I was satisfied that they had done more than enough additional work to cover the lack of the primer that was part of the original quote. I probably should be giving them an A on price as even my husband expected the price to be what it was. I knew how fabulous they were but could not believe that when they were finished my husband told them what a good job they had done on the house. My husband never gives out compliments and I was certain he was going to tell me that he could have done a better job (since he and his family painted our current home), but I never heard any such comments from him. I can't recommend Angela and her team enough. I would definitely use them again.

They were able to get someone out here the next day. We needed the carpets pulled out and the wood refinished. Our experience with them was fine, but they were just too expensive.

Overall, we were really happy to find someone reliable in our community. We feel relieved to know we can count on her when we need her.

Angela was awesome. The price was well worth the work that was completed and the quality of the work performed was outstanding! The work was completed in a timely manner and the workers cleaned up after themselves to the extent that you would not even know that workers were in your house. OUTSTANDING COMPANY!

Angela and her team assisted with a large variety of projects around my home. If you can name it, she or her team can do it. The work is always first class and professional. Finish work is great but even the things you would not notice are terrific (for example, making sure the parts of the project that are in the basement are tidy and clearly laid out-- not everyone does this). Angela is one of the greatest professionals working in this area. She generously focused on our goals and tried to solve them, even if this meant referral to one of her trusted partners (like her countertop contractor). She is the most professional, pleasant, and trustworthy contractor I have worked with (and we have had many positive experiences). If you need ktchen/bath remodel, general handyman (woman) work she is the best, don't hesitate. We had actually had contact with many others prior including the 'franchise' folks and there is no comparison. , Finally, we are convinced that she is the most focused on doing a great job, solving the problem, and helping us, above her ability to charge for it. "Hire her" and you won't be sorry.

It was a wrinkle free experience. We were more than satisfied by all aspects of the service this company provided. They're good folks who went beyond the call of duty to see that we were happy with their work. They came on time, cleaned up before leaving and responded quickly to our calls. Can't say enough good things!

I spent about $600. They came in fully prepared and did what they needed to do. I was able to leave and trust them. They are actually coming back for another job.

I called Hire Her, Inc. based on a referral. Angela was very prompt to call back and we discussed the bathroom renovation details. She brought us to several of her previous customers' homes to show us the work she had done - which was extremely helpful to see the quality of her work. The estimate Angela provided was fair and detailed. From start to finish, Angela was very communicative, letting us know what times she would be arriving and the work that was to be done. She kept us engaged, when necessary, to ensure that she was meeting our expectations (especially since the design of the bathroom tile was somewhat detailed). The overall comment I have is that Angela wants to walk away from a job knowing that it was a job well done and that the customer is satisfied. On a side note, during one of the days on the job, Angela found a loose stair railing and fixed it, at no charge - very sweet. Angela was a pleasure to work with and will do what it takes to get the job done correctly.
