I used Hire Her Home Improvement to build a Timber Tech deck and to reroute and upgrade the wiring to my garage. Every worker was professional, extremely competent and great to work with. We couldn't have been more pleased. We'll be hiring them again next year when we do the interior of our garage.

Hire Her crew did a great job recently on renovating two bathrooms for us, including a small primary bath with shower and a larger hallway bath with tub. Work was completed to our full satisfaction and the guys were great to work with - kept us in the loop and were as efficient as possible. Also replaced a bunch of doors and trim throughout the house. They have done basically all the major renovation work on our house and we have always been pleased with their work.

Me and my husband are first time home buyers. We are from nyc and new to suburbs. Don’t know much about maintaining houses. Researched a lot about hiring a contractor. Even checked westchester county contractors black list and asked around what to do and not to. Made a list of contractors and contacted Angela first, with all the horror stories from internet about other GCs in my back of the head. As soon as we met her i could feel that we can trust her. She gave a honest estimate. It was more than our budget. So she came up with other ways so we make it work. Not saying that she was suggesting cheaper materials instead or anything like that. Angela and her team has integrity from start to finish. She makes everything tidy and makes sure to get job done properly. She took care of our house as if it is her own house when we couldn’t get to the house from city because of work. Can’t wait to have other projects with her in near future.

Angela did a great job coordinating all the different steps of remodeling our kitchen. She always thought ahead and knew what to anticipate. When something went wrong she was right on it. She was kind enough to open her own home to me and show me the kind of work that I could anticipate. She gave us names of local suppliers who were less expensive. Her team was quite reliable.

Jason and Steve on Angela's team did the bulk of the install in July. They worked quickly and cleanly, and any issues that came up were flagged to Angela who made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. She wouldn't accept final payment or consider the job complete until we were happy. We also had the interior windows painted, and because I had picked out Farrow and Ball paint and painting windows is tricky work, Angela had Dima Painting take care of the painting. Likewise they worked quickly and cleanly and the paint job is so good--you can't even see the brush marks. The new windows have completely transformed our house from drafty and run-down to much better sealed against the weather, prettier, and more functional as well. We intend to work with Angela and her team next year on a bathroom and kitchen renovation we have planned. We would recommend her to anyone.

The work was extensive but between her suggestions on where to source the material (stone, flooring, cabinets, etc etc) and the work done it was not only seamlessly completed but done with impeccable craftsmanship.
