I thought they were extremely polite and efficient. They were held up by the city for paperwork and they kept informed of the progress. Then we had to delay because of the winter weather. As soon as the weather started to get more moderate, they called me to confirm that they would be out to do the work as soon as the weather got a little better. When the weather did get better, they called and we made an appointment. They were a pleasure to be around. I didn't feel like I had to check up on them every minute as they worked. He was so on top of everything, even thought I gave them a 1000 dollar deposit in the fall, I was never worried that the work would not be completed. I was extremely comfortable with them and I don't feel like my comfort was misplaced. I highly recommend them.

I have been using this company since the 1990's at two homes. He has done major work such as service increases from 100 to 200 amps with new panels, central air conditioning wiring, ceiling fans. He has also handled small repairs.He is full service, hands on, inspects all jobs, and has done some work himself. He is a full service electrician.

Constant miscommunication, work was left unfinished, price to fix kept changing and getting more and more expensive

They arrived with the materials they would install in the form and colors we had specified. They replaced 6 old switches and also installed a new switch on the wall of the laundry recess in the mudroom to replace a string on/off which was always breaking. We are 100% satisfied and will call them again when we need electrical work.. We appreciated that Mr. C came to see the job and let us decide if we would use his company after receiving the quote. Another local company charges $50 to come and give a price for the work.. Crescenzo applied a 10% Angie's List discount without being asked. Claudio and his team were professional, arrived on time and were courteous to our home by putting on booties to avoid getting our floors dirty. They also laid down tarp/cloth on the floors and couches. They explained in detail the scope of work to be done. They made sure our home was safe and sound (electric wise). They also cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed (put furniture back, etc). I would hire them in the future for any electrical work we may have.

Phil arrived promptly and started working ,they are very professional and neat.

I have worked with Claudio and Phil since 1995 and they do top quality work and are very responsive to our needs, timing and certainly anything urgent. They are honest and always suggest options for better results. Their workers are very nice and trustworthy. When we have renovation contract work we always insist on using Crescenzo & Artese for electrical. They have done interior and exterior lights, picture lights, a generator, radiant heating for floors, and our BBQ grill island and have worked well with multiple architects and contractors.

They were excellent. They were very neat. They knew exactly what they were doing. Very knowledgeable, this one guy sent from the company. He is really great about doing that and he did it perfectly. It went very smoothly the whole time. He explained to us completely how to work it. We are very pleased with the price and the service compare to other people we had gotten estimates from.

This was part of a warranty I had with a company. They were so prompt - much prompter than others in the past - immediately came to survey what needed to be done. Very professional & courteous. They had to order a part which they did and immediately contacted me to install. So pleased with their work.

I choose Crescenzo Electrical over some other electricians because I just liked him better than the other electricians.

After finally hearing from Con Edison (that they would not do the work), I called Crescenzo Electrical, and someone came that same day to give me an estimate. They were willing to deal with untangling the line from the fallen tree which had caused the problem. They did the work when they said they would, when they said, and gave me a fair price. They were not especially good about keeping me in the loop (communication-wise). After getting a verbal estimate, and talking it over with my spouse, I left a message requesting a written estimate. After several days of no callback, I called again and was told it was in the mail, and it did arrive that afternoon. After faxing back the signed proposal the same day, I waited several more days, and then called them to find out if they received the fax and to schedule the work; I was told it was scheduled for the next day. So, if you can get a live person via phone call, you do get answers. If you leave messages/faxes, they seem to address the concern, but don't necessarily let you know they did it. I would use them again, but would be more aggressive about speaking with a real live person.

Half the electricity in the condo was erratic and eventually shut down. After inspecting the circuit breaker in the unit, it was determine that the master circuit breaker needed replacement. After access to the outside panel was made available, they were quickly responsive and completed the job. Both partners were very professional, friendly and cognizant of the needs of the home owner. They completed the work quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

Excellent company

They are prompt, clean, cheerfull, and do what they comit to on time and at the quote price. Don't underestimate the "cheerful."
