 + -1 moreHE WAS VERY PERSONABLE, RESPONSIVE AND REASONABLY PRICED. HE DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING EXTRA. HE JUST CAME AND DID HIS JOB. HE DID NOT TRY TO HARD SELL ME ANY OTHER SERVICES.
Description of Work: HE SECURED MY BUSINESS COMPUTER AND CONFIGURED IT TO HAVE A PASSWORD TO PREVENT UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY POSITIVE BECAUSE THE THING WORKS NOW. THE COMPANY WAS NOT FAR AWAY. WE WOULD HAVE BEEN DOING IT UNTIL DOOMSDAY IF THIS GUY HADN'T FIXED IT AND NOW IT WORKS.
Description of Work: HE HAD TO DO SOMETHING WITH THE HARD DRIVE. THAT'S ALL I CAN TELL YOU. IT WASN'T WORKING. THERE WERE POP-UPS. IT WAS SOME KIND OF A VIRUS OR SOMETHING.

 + -1 moreTHEY REPLACED THE POWER SUPPLY TO MY COMPUTER. I WAS THRILLED TO HAVE THE COMPUTER BACK IN ONE DAY AND IT WAS WORKING VERY WELL. IT WASN'T THAT EXPENSIVE AND THEY WERE VERY HONEST.
Description of Work: I HAD THIS COMPANY FIX MY COMPUTER BECAUSE THE POWER WOULD NOT TURN ON AT ALL.

 + -1 moreMY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS NOT AS GOOD AS I EXPECTED. MY COMPUTER WAS OUT OF COMMISSION FOR OVER A WEEK AND WHEN I GOT IT BACK, IT WAS JUST RELOADED. NOTHING WAS SAVED.

 + -1 moreI BROUGHT MY COMPUTER IN AND THEY TOLD ME IT COULD TAKE ABOUT A WEEK. I EXPLAINED THAT I WAS TAKING SOME CLASSES ONLINE AND REALLY NEEDED MY COMPUTER BACK QUICKER THAN THAT. THEY HAD IT READY FOR ME THE NEXT DAY. I ALWAYS USE THEM FOR COMPUTER REPAIR.
Description of Work: MY COMPUTER ONLY CAME WITH 32 BYTES OF MEMORY AND I NEEDED TO HAVE MORE MEMORY INSTALLED.
