One quiet, one rough around the edges but polite to your face, and one who couldn't seem to get off his cell phone and made several mistakes that we the home owner caught. Luckily in time to have them fixed. Last day of job he made a mistake and had to re do a door saddle in a hurry..It looked bad and I spent some time cleaning it up.

+ -1 moreHorrible customer service. I called several times to speak to the manager Danny and every time they told me he's busy with another customer and will call me back rights away. Danny never called me back. This was my first time and last time using this company!!!!
Description of Work: Company never called me for an installation date . I had to call them to see what day they were coming. They didn't even provide me with a time. Called manager and left messages, no response. Will cancel my order with them.

Description of Work: Stair runner and hallway runner installed and mitered border. They did a terrific job! The price was competitive, the service very professional and the job looks beautiful!! They are all about customer service. The owner even called to follow up with how the job was .....Don't bother going anywhere else...they are a pleasure to work with.

+ -1 moreWHEN THEY DID THE PATCH ON THE JOINTS OF THE CERAMIC TILE BEFORE INSTALLING THE LINOLEUM, THEY DIDN'T LEVEL IT OUT. WHEN THEY LAID THE LINOLEUM, THERE WERE BUMPS. I ASKED THE GUY ABOUT IT BEFORE HE LEFT, AND HE SAID IT WOULD GO DOWN. IT NEVER DID. WE ARE DISCUSSING HOW THEY CAN COMPENSATE US FOR THE FLOOR.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED LINOLEUM AND TREATED THE TILE THAT IT COVERED.

+ -1 moreOVERALL IT WAS SATISFACTORY. IT'S TOUGH TO GET AN A. BUT THE GUYS CAME ON TIME. THEY WERE FAIRLY CLEAN. THEY DID A FAIRLY GOOD JOB. THEIR SALES STAFF WAS VERY RECEPTIVE TO WHAT WE WERE ASKING AND VERY INFORMATIVE. THEY WERE ABLE TO PUT THE FLOOR DOWN IN THE TIME FRAME WE WERE LOOKING AT.
Description of Work: THEY PUT DOWN PERGO FLOORING. IT'S A WOOD TYPE OF FLOORING THAT LOOKS LIKE HARDWOOD. THEY PUT IT IN THE LIVING ROOM.

+ -1 moreTHE SALESMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY LEFT THE ROOM LOOKING VERY NICE. THEY EVEN PUT THE FURNITURE BACK.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED AN OLD CARPET AND PUT IN NEW WALL TO WALL CARPET OVER PADDING.
