 + -1 moreThe toilet was clogged and the plunger wasn't getting the job done, so we called these guys. Two men came to the house. One man waited on the front porch and the other went upstairs, dropped an auger (snake) into the toilet and unclogged the pipe. The job took less than 90 seconds and when they handed the hand-written bill over, our jaws hit the floor - 108 dollars. I understand that plumbing can be dirty and costly work, but 108 dollars for something so simple, routine, and quick, is positively absurd. Granted, they did the job the were requested to do, but needless to say, we won't be patronizing them again.
Description of Work: Unclogged the toilet.

Description of Work: I had water backing up in my basement. I called them and they tired to get out that night but the van with the equipment was out and thet weren't sure of when it'd be back. I made an appointment for the next day and they were there at the scheduled time promptly. Examined the line and said it was tree roots growing in the line. They ran some machines and were gone in a half hour. | |It went great. And I completely recommend them.
