Called Mr. Schorer to come to my home for an estimate of costs for deck. It took a little longer than I expected for the crew to come over. They kept saying "in another day or so". The job was completed in a timely manner once they were onsite, however there were 2 items that needed to be fixed and completed. They never showed up after "repeated" calls. Be advised, they were paid with a down payment and the rest when completed. I thought they would come back "in good faith". The deck is well made and sturdy, but the job was not "fully" completed. I would not hire this company again.

I have previously submitted an unsatisfactory report in great detail on this plumber. I needed a new cartridge on a kitchen faucet to correct a drip. He was unable to tke the faucet apart so he replaced a high quality faucet with a low quality one and charged me $200 for a fixture costing $88 at the local home depot. He installed it incorrectly. He was asked to correct a leaky toilet. He said he fixed it, He did not. I had to call another plumber to correct the job done by the plumber on your recommended list including having to buy a third faucet that met our personal quality standards. Angies List refused to include our complaint on their review unless we were willing to engage in a direct dispute with the provider. Not acceptable provider and an acceptable service from Angies List.

It went very well. He was at the house to check out what he had to do in an hour. We live in California, but our rental property is in NY-- so all of this was done over the phone. I called him on Friday and it was done by Sunday. I checked with the tenant who was very happy with the results. I would definitely hire Mr. Schorer again.
