HIS RESPONSE WAS FAST AND WORKING ON MEMORIAL WEEKEND WAS HUGE! HOWEVER HE DIDN'T DO ANY CLEAN UP. SO WE HAD TO DO IT OURSELVES AS THERE WERE BRANCHES AND STICKS ON OUR NEIGHBORS LAWN AND ALL OVER OUR RIVEWAY AND LAWN, WOOD SHAVING EVERY WHERE-WE HAVE 2 TRASH CANS FULL 5 BAGS AND STILL MORE TO CLEAN UP. THEN THERE THE LOGS THAT OUR NEIGHBOR HAD TO GET TAKEN CARE OF FOR US SO THOSE ARE GONE NOW. WE STILL HAVE A BIT MORE MESS TO DEAL WITH SO HOPEFULLY I CAN FINISH THE CLEAN UP AND GET THE BRANCHES BUNDLED TODAY. I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN BUT WOULD NOT PAY TILL THE JOB IS DONE-CLEAN UP AND GETTING RID OF ALL PARTS OF TREE. HES FAST TO REACT AND PRICES ARE GOOD.
Description of Work: WE HAD A MAPLE TREE TAKEN DOWN AND MIKES PRICE WAS REASONIBLE. I CALLED HIM ON 27TH AND HE CAME AND TOOK DOWN ON 28TH WHICH WAS MEMORIAL WEEKEND. ON 29TH HE TOOK SOME LOADS OF BRANCHES AND PARTS OF TREE. ON MEMORIAL DAY 30TH HE FINISHED CUTTING THE REMAINDER DOWN. HIS RESPONSE WAS FAST AND WORKING ON MEMORIAL WEEKEND WAS HUGE! Sorry Mike - you're a nice guy but your work was horrible. Didn't use enough of the bricks I bought and I had to go purchase more as you didn't finish the layering of same. Because it was dark/night I couldn't see to establish whether the job was done or not before I paid you! Your weeding was a disaster - you even spread the dirt right over the weeds you were to pull out!!! Finally your weed killer didn't kill one dandelion.
Description of Work: Was supposed to weed/feed my lawn, weed out front landscaping, side flower garden and back rock garden as well as driveway to my shed. Reconstruct my bricks surrounding the shed and tree/bush area. Add mulch to all.

Response from Mikes Property Maintenance
Customer only paid for the materials that were used. Also, we did pull weeds out of designated areas and customer was advised weeds would come back because there was no weed barrier present in the areas. We offered to preform these services and customer declined. We also did work for customer that was not in the original scope of what was to be completed and customer was not charged for that work. Weed prevention in the lawn is a three step program and takes time to eliminate all the weeds and dandelions, which have taken over the lawn prior to us preforming work. Customer was also advised of this. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you and would like to make things right with you. We needed trees cut down including a very unstable large fir tree on our front lawn which Mike did without a problem. He trimmed another large fir that was touching the house and was making a mess in the pool area and took out bushes we did not like and added some great new bushes that we requested and did a wonderful job with our landscaping. Everytime we called Mike for a job he was there without any long wait time and always cleaned up after himself and made our property look wonderful, We will be using Mike again this year for some landscaping and designing bushes that we have, We also have talked to him about putting a pond in the yard and we will fo with whatever he recommends, Mike also made us a picnic table which we love. His site has a place where you can place your order for the table and he will make them as soon as you order them. Mike is honest and hardworking and we recommend him to anyone looking to make their property look great!
Description of Work: Having just purchased out home in August of last year we needed things done to the property that we weren't familiar with so we called Mike Olney and he quoted us a price for certain jobs and came and did the jobs without hesitation. He was punctual and always able to come right away for any problems.
