DAWES SEPTIC & REPAIR

Dawes far exceeded my expectations. I had an emergency with my septic on a Saturday morning, and I first called 3 companies who were located closer to my home, but none of them would answer the phone. Dawes answered my call immediately and they were very eager to help me resolve my issue. They offered to come to my home to remove a blockage in my septic pipe, but they also offered to walk me through the process over the phone so that I could do it myself and save some money. I decided to remove the blockage myself and Dawes was in constant contact with me throughout the day to make sure that all was going well. Thanks to their help, I was able to resolve the problem myself and saved hundreds of dollars. During this process I realized that I was also due to have my septic tank pumped out very soon, so I scheduled Dawes to come to my home a few days later to take care of this. They were so professional and helpful that I've been singing their praises ever since. Thank you Dawes!

Very professional. Quick, neat, well equipped, informative about the condition of the tank and septic system (which was very good). Did not try to sell unnecessary extras which I have experienced with other contractors.
