Not well. My initial call to request an estimate was returned promptly but I had to call again to request an appointment. The gentleman indicated he would be here by the following Tuesday. He never called to schedule the appointment and I still have not heard from him almost 2 weeks later. .

This company was absolutely great to work with. They fit my job into their busy schedule during a lousy week of weather. Very prompt, professional, and would not hesitate to use this company again,

Joe Guckert did the initial evaluation and quote--he was very personable and professional, and obviously had a good deal of experience with this work. The job was done when he said it would be and it looks terrific. Am so pleased I'm thinking I may do the back of the house next year; if I do, I will hire Iron Horse. Have recommended this company to friends as well.

They did everything they should have done. I'm very happy with them. I would recommend them.

The sales person, Joe was very informative. He was right on time and worked with me on discounts. When the team came they were very efficient, cleaned up after themselves and communicated well with us. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Arrived on time to look at the scope of the work. Was professional and informative even though the job was small. The did the job within two weeks, on the date they said they would. The price was reasonable and it looks good. So far so good.

All went well. I waited to do this review for a few months as I wanted to see how the gutters themselves did. So far, so good. I had no complaints regarding the professionalism of the installation.

We walked around the house and discussed where gutters would/wouldn't be necessary. Showed where water was currently coming off the roof and how the new gutters would help alleviate the water issues in our basement/foundation. Discussed where "hidden hangars" would be necessary in one section due to angle and type of roof/soffits. They also offered to patch up a hole in the soffit while they are up there. Only took about 20 minutes to complete assessment and get a good price for our 2-story ~2000 sqft home so that we could get on the schedule. Will update review when service is complete

The project started with the estimate. The representative arrived when he said he would and measured. Three weeks later the installers arrived. They removed the old gutters and installed the new ones. I couldn't be more pleased with the job. The gutters improve the looks of the house and make it look complete. The installers also installed drain pipe extensions that direct the water away from the foundation. A JOB WELL DONE!!.

Overall, they did a nice job from the estimate to completion.

It went very well, they were flexible when it turned out we needed a little more work in one area, they found another where they didn't have to do so much. Did the job for the quote. Called a week later to make sure we were satisfied before they sent the bill.

These guys were in and out in a day. They showed up on time, did more than other companies were willing to do for a much better price. The drainage system works great and has already solved a number of moisture problems around our home. And the leaves stay out!

Eric and a Representative for Snap Lock Gutters came to my house ontime for a Free quote and discussion about their product. After receiving a few other quotes from Gutter companies in the area, I chose Eric and Iron Horse Gutterworks because I loved the product they offered and they were very professional from start to finish. Eric and his installer Ben did a great job communicating with me when they discovered that the original Leaf lock that they had thought would look good matching up to my roof line actually would look better in Gray rather than Black to blend in better with the roof. Although this delayed their completion a couple more days the extra install time for the proper color match was not an issue and well worth the wait. I really appreciated this sort of concern for my home that they wouldn't just slap up a product but rather wanted their finished product to look as good as any homeowner would desire. Greatly appreciated ! The finished product not only looks good, but it looks like it was installed when the roof was installed 2 years ago.
