 + -1 moreI ordered my merchandise on the 12th of February, my credit card was charged on the 16th of February, and as of this date, March 10th2010. I have yet to receive my order. I ordered another rug from this company, and they send me what they wanted. Risky business.
Description of Work: Do not order anything from this company. You get no confirmation number, your credit card is charged with no shipment, it takes over a month to receive your product, if you receive it. Too much of a hassel to receive your merchandise. After a month, I still haven't received my order. Will be working on the return of my money to my credit card.

 + -1 moreI was familiar with the manufacturer of the rugs because I used to sell them in my own business. They don't tell you this when ordering, but the rugs are actually shipped from the manufacturer not Rugs USA. That affected me in two ways, first you get an estimated delivery time they have no control over and secondly I ran into difficulties in trying to return the rugs. Rugs USA would talk to me on the phone, but also make me talk to the manufacturer. That translated to no one taking responsibility for the situation. I would have to question the quality of the rugs that they are selling. I have returned these rugs and am still fighting to get my money back. You can go on line and read several complaints related to delivery, quality and returns. I would never use them again.
Description of Work: This is an on line company which is part of another company. I looked at their rugs on line and purchased 6 area rugs that varied in size from very small to medium. The rugs arrived in very poor condition.
