We found a leak in the heating system. They responded quickly despite the bad weather. Though the source of the leak was not easy to determine, they were able to tack it down and complete the repair successfully. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and we felt the price was reasonable too. We will definitely use them again.

Perfect job! He arrived on schedule, removed the old corroded kitchen sink drain pipe, and replaced it with new parts. It all works perfectly now and the plumbing work looks solid. The drain pipe also has a dishwasher drain connection, which he had to reconnect as well.

They were prompt in their response and did what they said they would do. I was satisfied with their service. Their price was on the high side.

Have responded immediately with each of 4 leaks over an 8 month period, all from different sources. Very fair prices. Pleasant and trustworthy staff. Gary is compassionate and kind. Have solved the problems that were plumbing in nature, and didn't even charge me on the last call that wasn't a plumbing issue.

The job went very well. The men with whom I spoke in the office were very efficient and polite. The plumbers who came were on time, nice, and did a great job. The job was 2 months ago and everything is great. I believe that the price that I mentioned above included a one piece toilet and seat. I have used this company several times and have always been pleased with their work. I didn't rate the price because I didn't ask another plumber so I can't compare their price with anyone else.

I met Gary, the owner about two weeks ago about a potential job to run a waste line from kitchen sink to septic tank. Gary was a nice guy who shown up on time and pleasant to talk with. He promised to get back to me with an estimate but that was the last time I ever heard for him. It's been two weeks and I called and left a few messages for him to get back to me since it's urgent and I need to decide which contractor to use. As of today, no email or call. I found the experience very odd. If the job is too small or your team is busy with other projects then just say so and don't leave customers hanging.

Gary, the owner, reviewed hit list, offered suggestion and was flexible on price. Called for quote, man arrived within hours. Verbal quote given in one day, written soon after. Pleasant and concerned crew, Lou and Kenny, did everything to order and cleaned up after themselves.

Went to bed at midnight, and it was 68 degrees with the heat on. Woke up at 8am to 60 degrees, so the heater must have stopped working close to 8am, since it's only 10 degrees outside. Went down to the boiler and saw the pilot flame was out. Tried restarting it by relighting pilot, no good. Regular plumber had a death in family, so found these guys thru Angies list. Called at 9am and they were able to get me into the schedule for today. Two guys came, he saw no pilot light also and replaced the pilot sensor. After 20 minutes of working in the cramped confines of the boiler housing, the boiler was back working again.

The job turned out to be much more involved than originally thought because they had to go through a concrete wall that was much thicker than they thought at first. However the estimate price remained the same. The work was done in a timely manner and they were neat and clean and did a great job

The conversation and agreement that we have made has been good so far. He was the best out of the group. They were helpful in coming to an agreement on pricing. The owner is a gentleman. I will review with Angie's List once the contractor has completed the work.

They're great; I love them! They're just so flexible and get there in a timely manner. They don't rip you off. They're just so polite and customer-oriented.

He never showed up and did not call.

The owner came out, and was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He fixed the lever/handle on my toilet because it was not flushing, and also addressed the sink issue in the kitchen. When he realized he did not have the appropriate tool, he told me one of his employees would be coming out to fix it, which is what he did. He was also professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Also, when the owner, Gary, came out, he advised me to change the wattage on my light bulb in the kitchen because the light was flickering on and off.That was above and beyond and I appreciate that.

I called them and they came out the same day. The technician did everything he was supposed to do; took the time and fixed it absolutely perfect. This was really an emergency and the technician was excellent. I have used them in the past and they are really very good and reliable. I have never had a problem with them; their servicemen are great and the prices are fair. I will use them again in the future.

They were excellent. One of the things that stood out about them was that when I called and made an appointment, they were very accommodating, really helpful and very responsive. I did not have any complications whatsoever. Everything is holding up great. The first job cost $600 while the second cost probably about $400. I would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future; it is hard to find a good plumber.

They were called on a weekend and showed up first thing Monday Morning to perform the work on time on budget. They were clean, professional and had the parts in stock ready to go

They were punctual and prompt. They were good serviceman, and responded to my requests. I needed them to come back and fix something on the same day, and they called to let me know they were coming both times.

It only took them about an hour and a half. They were friendly. They did the job and they were very efficient.

We called this company and they responded professionally and scheduled an appointment. They were prompt, efficient, and I felt that the price that we paid was reasonable. To alleviate the problem with our toilet, all of the inside parts of the toilet needed to be replaced. The plumber advised us that this particular toilet was installed in the early 1980's and aside from usual wear and tear over the years, the unit is in excellent condition. This made us feel that there was true value in paying for the repair work vs. having to replace the entire toilet. The toilet is now running fine, and I would highly recommend this firm again.

I liked that they came very quickly and were able to get it done right away. It seemed that they knew what they were doing because they did it easily. Real nice people, and are very fair priced. I would recommend them for plumbing.

I WAS HAPPY WITH HOW FAST THIS COMPANY RESPONDED TO MY CALL. THE PLUMBER TOOK NO TIME TO UNCLOG THE TOILET. THE PLUMBER WAS CLEAN, NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL.
