 + -1 moreFive Star Mechanical took my call at 9:15am on a hot, humid Summer day (when I suspect they were slammed with other A/C repair calls) and had someone at my house later that same day. They gave me a time of 7pm, but were ultimately able to get someone there by 4pm. The technician listened to my description of the problem, immediately went to work on the outside condenser, and diagnosed the problem (needed a new capacitor). Identifying the correct replacement part required some additional effort as the unit was old and the existing capacitor was rusted. Entire process took less than 45 minutes. Would absolutely call them again.
