No communication! They don't let you know when they will come, after a no-show all weekend. And the owner doesn't get back to you to follow up on an issue noted. No customer service quality.

John was great. Excellent price, superb cleanup. One of our neighbors was so impressed she asked him for an estimate. We liked him so much that we are having him also do our weekly lawn care. Great company.
