Triangle Seamless Gutters Inc

Eric, the proprietor of Triangle Seamless gutters, said he would be at my house for an estimate at 10.00am, Saturday, April 5th. He eventually showed up 1:30pm that day. He gave me a price, said he would be at my house at 9:00am Monday, April 7th, but never showed-up. He eventually called that day, and said something came up - it was a family issue. Eric assured me he'd call me by the end of the day to reappoint; but he did not. I called another gutter outfit (John, from Lagrangeville Finest Gutter Services) - he only cleans gutters but he said he'd call Eric (his usual referral) to find out what was going on. Eric told John he would call me soon, but he did not. Eventually I hired another company to do the job. On April 17th Eric called, and left a voice mail message on my cell to say he'd be in my area that day. He also said , "I've been on a big job and couldn't get to you sooner". Meanwhile, the company I hired the day before, April 16th, was Peekskill Seamless Gutters - John @ 914-403-0524. They did a great and professional job, and I would recommend them to everyone!

Eric was very quick and professional. Job looks very good. Only problem was he hooked up one downspout to a non-working drain after I asked him to confirm its condition FIRST.
