It's not often that you find an exemplary professional with the kind of values that you heard about in generations past, but that has been my experience with Mark. He met me on site, did a full walk-through, and gave me a thorough and honest assessment. There were ways I thought I could cut corners, and he told me straight out that it would cost longer in the long run, and I wouldn't be happy with the results. He had other ideas on ways to keep the cost in-line and on budget, that I would have never thought of. After the assessment, when I said I wanted to move forward, he shook my hand and had his crew ripping up carpet before I even gave him a down payment. I have worked in the architectural industry for over 12 years in the city, and interact with dozens of contractors. Contractors who work on multi-million dollar renovations, and they could learn quite a bit from Mark. He has effectively communicated with me throughout every step of this renovation, and the quality of the work completed has far exceeded my expectations. I have a second phase of my home renovation that I am planning, and I would not even consider using anyone else.
