UpRaise Construction

We hired UpRaise Construction to do some work at a rental property. They were punctual and courteous to our tenants. We were pleased with the completed work and have scheduled some additional work to be done.

Not punctual or reliable regarding stated timeline. Two projects were done quite well, one efficiently and one not. Three people were standing around and I was later told "I gotta pay my guys." A third project was a disaster. The team lacked basic construction knowledge and destroyed my property. I fired them from completion of the job when they managed this wreckage at a mid-project break after a few hours. Despite the unsatisfactory work, they still tried to charge me 2.5 times the original quote for the work done properly. It will now cost me double to fix what they made much worse since they dismantled what didn't need to be taken apart, used wrong materials that fell apart and required cleanup to salvage.

Very professional, good communication, arrived on time, got right to work. Very pleasant, worked hard, fair pricing. Job well done. Would use them again & recommend.

I called and immediately hired UpRaise Construction yesterday, 1 May 2018, for roof repair at our residence. They were the first to show up yesterday and gave me a fair price for labor and materials. They showed up this morning at 9 am as agreed, fixed the roof problem to our 100% satisfaction. My spouse is very knowledgeable with construction and detailed oriented with his projects, Cleveland and Bill rose to his expectations. We will call Upraise Construction again. They earned and deserve a 5-star rating all the way.
